Nozha Beach

My husband and I just came back from a week-long holiday at Nozha Beach Resort & Spa. Everything was superb, especially the staff — they were friendly, enthusiastic and very polite. Whatever minor issues we encountered were resolved quickly. We stayed in a nice room with a partial sea view and a spacious balcony. The A/C worked well. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean every day and always greeted us with a smile. The only thing we missed in the room was a pair of slippers :) The food was delicious, and we could always find something to eat. I have to give a special mention to the great cocktails at the lobby bar — we didn’t expect them to be so good! The sea was perfect – clear and warm. The beach was clean, and we usually had no problem finding free sun loungers. We also used the hotel gym right on the beachfront, where we were welcomed by a professional trainer who was very attentive and supportive during our workouts. There isn’t really anywhere to walk outside the hotel apart from a few souvenir shops, but that didn’t bother us. We were perfectly happy spending our time at the hotel and enjoying the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and honestly feel that this hotel deserves one more star! We would definitely come back again.

Overall, we had a really good holiday and there are definitely plenty of positives to mention! Check-in was nice and easy, and we were shown to our room quickly and efficiently — no hanging around, which is always a bonus when you’ve just arrived and are desperate to get that first drink in after a day of travelling. The room itself was nice, clean and perfectly adequate. My only complaint was the shower in the bath I’m not quite sure who decided that stepping over a bath to have a shower was a good idea, but after a couple of days I just accepted my fate and got on with it! 😂 A fridge stocked with a few drinks would have been a nice touch, but then again, we’re in Tunisia, not Turkey, so you have to manage your expectations a little. The staff, however, deserve a massive mention. They genuinely go above and beyond and really do look after you. Nothing seems too much trouble, and their friendliness makes a huge difference to your stay. The hotel grounds are lovely and kept really clean, and the pool is fantastic — definitely one of the highlights. But the entertainment team deserve a special shout-out. They were absolutely amazing! They worked so hard, were full of energy and made such an effort with everyone. Honestly, they made the holiday for us. 👏 Now, the food… 😂 If you’re English, I’d definitely recommend packing a few snacks from home because the food can become VERY repetitive. There’s only so many times you can look at the same selection and think, “Yep… this again!” 😂 And one final bit of advice: if you like your vodka, rum, Bacardi or whatever your tipple of choice is, bring some duty-free with you. The drinks at the hotel leave a lot to be desired. Let’s just say they’re not winning any awards for mixology! 😂 All in all, though, we had a good holiday. The staff, cleanliness, pool and especially the entertainment team really made it enjoyable. There are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly the food variety and drinks, but we still came home with plenty of good memories — and that’s what matters!

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed with a refreshing drink and ice-cold flannels. Check-in was effortless, and we were quickly shown to our room. Throughout our stay, the manager was always visible, approachable, and keen to ensure everyone was happy. What made this holiday so special was the people. Every member of staff worked incredibly hard and always greeted us with warmth and a smile. Special thanks to the gentleman who exchanged our money, whose kindness and professionalism never faltered. Our housekeeper, Maharnigar, kept our room immaculate, and Wissem was amazing, always happy to help with our luggage and anything else we needed. The entertainment team brought so much energy and fun to each day, while the spa provided the perfect place to relax. The waiters, pool staff, and all those working behind the scenes deserve enormous credit. A special mention to Ahmed for helping keep the pool area safe and enjoyable for everyone. We left with wonderful memories and grateful hearts. If you're looking for a warm, friendly, relaxing holiday where staff truly care, this is the place. We can't wait to return. My friend and I have just returned from Nozha beach resort and have had a brilliant time. I haven’t given it a 5 star rating due to the food and room not being 5 star but what they lack in buffet and accommodation they certainly make up for in their staff, beach and pool area. Negatives are: FOOD-this was very average, things that could be improved are that the meats were cooked to death and quite tough and dry, pizza was tasteless and the deserts tasted the same just different colours and shapes. ROOM - The room was far smaller than I imagined, my friend and I shared a room and there wasn’t enough space to hang all our clothes or store suitcases. Positives are: STAFF- My friend and I felt that the staff made the holiday (hand we are hard to please) nothing to was too much trouble and they made you feel very special and welcome all of the time. From the reception team to the bar staff nothing was too much trouble. Special mentions to the following staff: our cleaner Sihem who was so beautiful, helpful, friendly with an attention to detail in making our room fabulous. Yessino who was our waiter, he always greeted us with a huge smile and made our usual table special by decorating it with flowers and napkin swans, he always put a drink on the table to save it for us. Excellent, efficient and professional service given by Yessino, again nothing too much trouble made us feel very special. Life guards- special mention to Ahmed who took very good care of us around the pool and sorting our room out when we asked to swap to a walk in shower room (we have spinal issues). At the point of requesting a room swap he got us in to the new room within the hour this was excellent service, we felt listened to and cared for which was important to us due to our severe back pain. Animation team - worked tirelessly throughout the day from 9am until after midnight with only a few hours break (I don’t know how they do it) special mention to Lorenzo who I believe is a credit to this hotel, his enthusiasm, professionalism, courtesy and general outlook on life was just amazing. His energy got the crowds excited and he encouraged people to join in with the daily activities, no matter what time of day. Lorenzo was the face of the animation team, always smiling and laughing and making it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Nozha Beach we will be back very soon. X

Just arrived back from nozha beach resort and spa and already looking for next year , all the staff are so very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them ( even without tipping) . The main Restaurant was plenty of choice even for the fussy eaters must say the fresh pasta station is is credit to the hotel was absolutely amazing . Rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday . Poolside was spotless and had very chilled vibes . Beach restaurant was plenty of choice and flavoursome. Beach was ideal just a short walk from the pool with loads of sunbeds overall a good place to visit
