Royal Tulip Taj Sultan

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Royal Tulip Tersana! Everything was great from the beginning until the end. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The animation team was amazing, friendly, and always full of energy. They made our holiday really enjoyable with fun activities and great entertainment. The bar service was also very good, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional. We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the overall service. It was a happy and relaxing holiday, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay special. We hope to come back again! ❤️🌴☀️

My daughter and I have just returned from the Royal Tulip, after a 7 night stay. We were dropped by the transfer and were greeted warmly by the security guards. Including the security guys we never saw a member of staff, who wasn’t smiling. From the receptionists, waiters, bar staff, cleaners, life guards, maintenance, entertainment team, chefs. Everyone could not do enough. The room was fantastic. Yes a little dated but it was cleaned every day, new towels every day. A very comfortable and very clean room. The food again was superb. Very varied and always hot. The beach was sandy. Beds available and comfortable. The hotel provided beach towels and you just ask the lifeguards. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone, but we had a lovely time and I would like to return with my wife as she would also love this hotel. Well done the Royal Tulip and thank to you all for a great weeks holiday.

No activities now taking place flew out 25th September. No idea who or what the entertainment is at night frequently asked at reception and they don’t know. We could hear music from a neighbouring hotel and cheering but nothing at this hotel. Rooms tired paint peeling things hanging off walls. Snack bar in afternoon 2 types pizza in hotel, and by beach in sun with flies all around. Dont go at the end of season.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was well organized. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to **Nana, the animator**, who was absolutely amazing! She was always smiling, energetic, and kind, and she really made the stay more enjoyable with her activities and positive energy. She deserves a special mention for making the atmosphere so fun and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely experience. I would definitely come back! ❤️
