I took my two children here for our summer holiday. What can I say? They absolutely loved it! My two are very picky eaters which was a worry but they loved the meals. The pool is so nice, waterslides good and the beach was great too. The sea was so warm. I do have to mention the staff though......they were wonderful. From cleaners, bar staff and the entertainment crew who just didn't seem to stop. Rooms were nice and kitted out well. I would definitely go again someday

Save youre money and look else where. We stayed here the end of August for 10 days as a family of 8. 2 adults 6 kids. It was genuinely shocking. The food was terrible! Repetitive, undercooked, and not much selection for little kids and adults who struggle with food. If you wanted a burger you would be queuing for at least 20 minutes. On many occasion we seen kids and adults use there bare hands to pick up the food rather than use the utensils. People would just push infront of you at the ques also and many kids where just pocking holes in the cakes with there fingers. The cooks where visibly dripping in sweat whilst serving food and many didn't seem to wear gloves or have any basic food hygiene I.e using the same utensils for raw and cooked meat. Most the food would be covered in flies also. The glasses you where served drinks in where also often not washed properly and some had clear lipstick still left on them. This was in the restaurant and around the pool bar! Many cups where just given a quick rinse rather than a wash! The rooms where shocking, we where all bitten every night by numerous bedbugs, the sheets where never changed just re made, and the beds where incredibly uncomfortable the air con was pretty much pointless to the point where they sent maintenance up to our room to "fix it". He had done nothing. Some of the guests where just out right rude and disrespectful, the guests over the hall from us had a bad leak comming out to the hallway so when we knocked to tell them we were met with just disrespect and being told to shush. The nighttime entertainment was the most disappointing. After being on numerous holidays we quickly come to realise this hotel was really providing the bare minimum. There was the kids disco which was actually ok and the kids seemed to enjoy that and the animation team worked hard on getting all the kids invovled however after that The entertainment only lasted an hour, and it wasn't the best either. We have stayed at 3* hotels with much much better entertainment. Most nights it felt as though they was just putting a show together last minute and rushing to get it done quickly. It was a disappointment to be going back to the room so early as there was nothing to stay down for! And there is no chance you can enjoy a drink either due to the ridiculously long slow ques just to get a drink! The amphitheatre where some of the entertainment was held was literally hell! It was incredibly uncomfortable and absolutely ridden in ants/bugs that just climb all over you and bite so it was hard to even enjoy anything whilst youre picking ants and bugs of every two minutes. And the flies! There is no where around the hotel you can actually relax without being attacked by flies for less than 5 minutes! We spent the majority of our time in the pool as there was no way you could relax on a sun lounger due to this! Some of the quests in the pool where just out right disrespectful, there where heated arguments, outright rasicisim and numerous people smoking inside the pool itself just letting there ash fall into the water! The animation team do work incredibly hard to entertain the quests however me and husband noticed that there where a few that seemed to gravitate towards very young looking girls alot! We had overheard a conversation of one asking a lady to leave her kids in the room and to go back with him. We could not wait to come home after being here! Which is such a shame as we saved up for a long time to come here and we had High hopes after seeing some of the videos and pictures of this resort however we quickly realised how far from the truth they where! Most of the guests we spoke to where having the same experiences as us whilst they where also! I would recommend booking some of the water sports on the beach as they where fairly cheap and the kids absolutely loved them so they where a nice break from the dreadful hotel! There is so much more I could write about this hotel however this review would never end if I did! I would just urge people to filter through the bad reviews and take them seriously as I wish we had!

Had a great holiday, white party, foam party, karaoke and entertainment have been brilliant!! All the animation team are fun and are always smiling, Alex is lovely and friendly and is always happy to help

It was a 10/10 experience. The staff are amazing and entertaining and they made the experience even better. The food is delicious and i would definitely come again. hannibal was my favourite member of staff
