Tropicana Club & SPA

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Right from the start, the hosts revealed their true colors; aside from a few inconsistencies, MONEY WAS STOLEN from a my personal handbag—right inside the room, while we were at the beach. Naturally, we reported it, but unfortunately, there was no outcome in our favor. I do not feel safe here at all. Be careful.

Don’t waste your time reading all the negative reviews!! I made that mistake and was actually quite worried prior to our week stay at Tropicana. I was pleasantly surprised, the entertainment is amazing, there was a kids mini disco every night and events such as a fire show, foam party and comedy night. Also plenty of things to do throughout the day, aqua gym, pool ball games, darts tournaments, etc. The buffet I must admit was repetitive but there’s plenty to choose from. Rooms were fine, air con, room service etc. Thank you Heni and Ali and the rest of the entertainment team for making our first family holiday truly special.

I was working here like a slave for 2 months as an entertainer my grand father is about to die so i did the end of contract and when i was about to leave they stopped me and they said u can't leave like i'm in a jail ! But i did and now they didn't pay me my salary bc i left

the AC was not working in the common area , the temperature was 49 celsius, they gave me their worst room , this hotel does not worth 1 single star, I will not pay a penny to stay here, but they charged me 400 USD for 1 night , 1 room, they claimed one extra night as a compensation for my cancelation, but no one compensate me for this bad experience, rooms dirty with dust ,

My stay was a disappointment. I wasn't expecting luxury, just basic standards. Unfortunately, the food was monotonous, often cold and undercooked. The lines were long, plates and cutlery were missing, and tables weren't cleared. Drinks had to be served separately, which made the experience significantly more difficult. Service was inconsistent at times – some were friendly and helpful, but I felt some guests were treated better solely because of tips. This wasn't the case for all staff, but the difference was noticeable. The most bothersome, however, was the faulty air conditioning, which wasn't fixed despite numerous complaints. This was a real challenge in the heat. The hotel itself wasn't dirty, but the facility is worn and in need of renovation. Once, a heavy lamp fell over my bed onto my nightstand. Fortunately, I didn't have any belongings there, but this situation is unacceptable. The beach was close by, but the water was full of algae, trash, and jellyfish most of the time, spoiling the bathing experience. I was also surprised that the beach mattresses were paid for, and some sunbeds were damaged. What concerned me most was the atmosphere within the entertainment team. My observations showed that one individual's behavior had a very negative impact on the entire team. I felt she often caused conflict, gossiped about her colleagues, and relayed information to the manager that seemed exaggerated or inconsistent with what I had witnessed. This gave the impression that she was trying to build her own position at the expense of others. The result was an unhealthy, tense atmosphere, which I clearly felt as a guest. I believe the entertainment manager didn't respond appropriately to these situations, which, in my opinion, exacerbated the problem. At the same time, I want to emphasize that this doesn't apply to all the entertainers – some were very polite, committed, and performed their work with great professionalism.
