AQI Pegasos Club

We are two ladies in our fifties. This was my second time at the hotel. I brought a different friend with me this time as I knew I could depend on the hotel to satisfy her. She loved it, as did I. The food was amazing. Thanks to the chef who made the delicious spinach lasagna and garlic bread for us and the lady who made our custom vegetarian pizzas. The rooms were clean. The reception staff were amazing, all of them. A special thanks to Zeynab. Service is brilliant. Nothing is too much. The staff make this hotel outstanding. Night shows were brilliant. We went to see Michael 3 times! The beach is amazing. The only thing my friend had an issue with was the steps to the beach. She struggled without the handrails. Please could this be looked into, at the Club, as we noticed it was there at the sister hotels. I can't wait to go back again. Thank you to all the staff who work extremely hard. Also, the grounds are kept clean and well trimmed. It's just a beautiful view all round.

This is very lovely experice. The most perfect person is Zeyneb

We have been coming to this hotel for five years and are very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. We would like to thank all the staff, from reception to housekeeping; I would especially like to thank the animation team coordinator, Mr. Kadir.

I'll start with the reception: upon our arrival at the hotel, we were met by very friendly receptionists who explained everything to us perfectly and kindly—they even managed to speak a bit of Czech with us. Check-in went quite fast, and the rooms are clean, nice, and well-maintained. It's easy to get your bearings around the hotel and find the lobby, dining room, beach, etc. The pools and pathways are kept clean and maintained at all times. The pool bars feature helpful staff, and drinks are always available. The soft-serve ice cream available all day is great. What I missed was some light snacking between main meals at the pool bars, such as biscuits, small savory snacks, or fruit. As for the main meals, breakfasts were rich with a wide selection—it makes getting up and relaxing on a sunbed so much better. For lunch and dinner, everyone can find something to their liking, with fresh fruit and vegetables all around. I have a sweet tooth, but unfortunately, I didn't enjoy any of the desserts here—it was always the same thing with the same taste over and over. On the other hand, I understand that they can't serve expensive pastries, and I am a bit pickier. The waiters are very kind, attentive, skilled, and accommodating. If I were to rate the evening entertainment on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), I'd give it a 3. The main advantage is that you can choose what to watch, as the show takes place across three different locations. After the main show, there's always a disco or live music. The live music was always fantastic, but the DJ in the P. Club section keeps playing old relics and the same songs on repeat. People prefer to leave rather than listen to it—you're better off heading to another part of the resort. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively. 4.5 out of 5 stars feels accurate, as there is always room for improvement. We truly enjoyed our vacation here and must thank everyone for everything they did for us.
