We were impressed by the service of the Guest Relations department, especially by Ege. She was very kind and helpful, always smiling and giving the right advice. The hotel management should be proud of employees like her.

Aqi Pegasos World has never failed to impress us, and somehow, it just keeps getting better and better! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality, which immediately made us feel at home. The food was absolutely out of this world! We were genuinely spoilt for choice with such an incredible variety of fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared dishes available every day. There was always something for everyone, and every meal was a real treat. The hotel grounds are simply breathtaking. We loved exploring the vast and beautifully maintained landscapes, surrounded by an abundance of greenery. Every area of the resort was spotless and exceptionally well cared for. The resort also leads directly onto a beautiful, long stretch of sandy beach, which was absolutely perfect for relaxing, unwinding and enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean sunshine. Cleanliness and hygiene are clearly maintained to the highest standards throughout this stunning resort — everything was spotless and sparkling in every corner. The entire team were absolutely fantastic, from the very moment we arrived until the very last day of our holiday. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued and welcomed throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Diyar from the Main Restaurant, Buse and Nisa from the Horoscope Bar, and Edge from Guest Relations, who were all absolutely wonderful and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Our room was absolutely beautiful, modern & spacious with very comfortable beds, all thanks to Roza, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Every time we came across Roza during our holiday, she greeted us with her lovely smile and always asked if everything was okay and whether we were enjoying our stay. Our room was clean and good service Our second visit with all family Amazing hotel, we enjoyed pools, aquapark, super beautiful beach Very delicious food. And hotel is close to city center and other toutistic places to visit. We loved the vibe in this period. Staff is great, hard working Outside workers like habil and the ladies always smiling Myriam from guest relations, always friendly and happy to help. Iszak Akar is definitely one of the best bartenders in this hotel! 🍹🍸 It is a real pleasure to meet and deal with such a true professional. He doesn’t just make cocktails and shots — he creates a great atmosphere and makes every evening special. His cocktails are absolutely delicious, and his signature drinks are something truly special! 😍 He is always friendly, attentive to guests, and works with a smile. You can clearly see that he really loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. We are already looking forward to the evening so we can come back to the bar and try more of his special cocktails! 😄🍸 It has become one of the nicest parts of our holiday. I start with things we just liked in this resort through our 1 week stay. The location being so close to Side city center, the spotless cleanliness, the pool, the fantastic aqua games for kids, the widely diverse buffet specially for dinner with almost daily rich different types of foods, the bars with their nice wooden cottage style, the amazing daily night shows in the theatre near the snack bar, the helpful staff (specially the kind always smiling guy Asmail) and quick response in case of issues as once I got my room there were 2 problems and as soon as I informed the reception they fixed them quickly, and not to forget the cold drinking water machines distributed almost everywhere, these are all the positive points I was able to save in my mind. What I was somewhat surprised about compared to many other resorts I visited in Turkey is that no any bar presents nuts with the drinks, which is a very common thing among almost all other resorts. The second little bit odd thing was that we have to go to the indoor bar near the reception, mostle named Horscopian, just to have a Turkish coffee, as it was not available in any other bar else, although we were in a Turkish resort!
