Perfect people and everything superlative

This was my first time visiting Turkey and experiencing this type of vacation—staying at a hotel, spending plenty of time in the sea or pool, and enjoying an all-inclusive package. I liked the grounds; everything was well-maintained and clean. I also enjoyed the activities, such as water polo, darts, aerobics, and the gym. The alcohol, bar service, and staff were all excellent. The only downside, according to my girlfriend, was that the restaurant offered only two soup options—both of which were pureed; it might be worth adding at least one type of clear soup, like chicken noodle broth.

Overall, the hotel is great, and its territory is a dream: huge, very green, and well-maintained - it is a real pleasure to walk around. However, the experience was slightly ruined by lacking service. Ppros: Check-in: After a long and exhausting journey from Ukraine, the possibility of early check-in for an extra fee was a huge relief and a lifesaver. Food: The food is just super! Huge selection of vegetables, meat, and seafood, everything is very tasty. Bars & Rooms: The bars work great. The room is neat, sheets and towels were changed daily (there are minor notes on cleaning, but overall it is fine). Cons & Service: Ignoring Birthdays: The main and huge downside that deeply upset us-the hotel completely ignored our friend's birthday. To make matters worse, our tour operator sent an official request email in advance, but the hotel simply ignored it and did not even reply. For a hotel of this level, such carelessness is unacceptable. Animation: It exists, but the quality and organization definitely need improvement. The hotel is truly beautiful and has great potential, but the service and attitude towards guests clearly lack attention.

The overall experience was really good. Well worth the money. This place will not disappoint, especially if you are a foodie. Didn’t get anything annoying happen, which is very rare for a week of stay. If you are coming with kids, don’t assume that someone else will take care of them. Place is very kids friendly and a hotel staff is everywhere, but you won’t be able to leave kids with someone else for the whole day. It’s an excellent place to spend time together with the family.
