We are returning to this hotel for the second time in a row—once you’ve been here, it’s impossible not to come back. I’d like to make special mention of the very attentive staff, who speak languages ​​fluently. It is clean and beautiful, and the rooms are very pleasant. Nowhere else have I felt as calm and relaxed during a beach holiday as I have here.

Excellent location; the atmosphere is calm and ideal for a vacation; the room is spacious; good value for the amenities provided; cleanliness leaves a positive impression, though there is room for further improvement; a very quiet setting; professional service from the staff; and sufficient comfort.

Where can I begin with how amazing our stay was.. Everything about this hotel is stylish, luxurious, friendly and comfortable. From the moment we checked in to when we left we received superb 5-star service with everything. Our rooms were extremely spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. You’re provided everything you need in the rooms and the extras provided (e.g dressing gowns and toiletries) are all incredible quality. The food was wonderful. There are so many different options to choose from and we found the variety excellent. As someone with a severe allergy, nearly everything was labelled with QR codes and allergens so you can easily check ingredients. This made me feel so safe and actually able to enjoy buffet food, which is very rare in hotels. I had no issues at all with finding nut free meals. The only thing we would give as feedback is that the puddings weren’t often labelled. I assume maybe this is because they’re sourced elsewhere but due to lots of desserts having nuts it meant I couldn’t try those. It was a small detail though as there was plenty of fruit, yoghurt and ice cream to have instead. The food itself was fantastic, excellent quality, freshly made and delicious. We also found the service at mealtimes to be exceptional - the abundance of staff are extremely attentive in topping up drinks and cleaning. We also booked the À la carte restaurant one evening which you can once for free (and presumably again for a fee) which was wonderful. The chef accommodated my allergies and the food was wonderful. The resort itself is beautiful. We couldn’t believe how clean, quiet and luxurious it was. Staff are constantly cleaning and making sure the area is free from any litter. We had no issues finding sun beds as the hotel does not have a cramped feel at all. Adult only meant mainly couples or a few friends so was incredible quiet and relaxing. The pool is enormous, but maybe take a float if you’re shorter as it’s quite deep in all parts. You don’t feel cramped in the hotel areas at all, it’s extremely peaceful and it’s clear that guest experience is top priority rather than cramming as many people as possible into facilities. During the day there are bars making drinks which were fantastic. Cocktails were delicious. There’s an ice cream stand, and inside a coffee area is open with sandwiches, cakes and coffees. You can also take a book or games, which are also available outside. Again, there is so much attention to detail even when it comes to the coffee menu! We also enjoyed the gym facilities, which were also quiet. You have a private beach area which is easily accessible with comfortable single and double loungers, a pier, showers and accessibility into the sea. There is also a present lifeguard. The Mountain views are also beautiful. In the evening, we enjoyed the entertainment and there was a nice vibe. The only thing we’d suggest would be to have more variety rather than just music but the bands we saw were amazing. Overall I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We felt so lucky to have picked Balmy Beach. If you want luxury where every detail is noticed, quality is impeccable and to have a quiet relaxing holiday this is the place for you. We hope to book again!

This was my first time all inclusive and it was a really good experience. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are being cleaned everyday. The food is also perfect. Everything is fresh and you have a lot of choice. We did a candle making workshop and it was really fun. I only wished they had more activities to do during the day.
