So good experience really i liked it rooms so clean and comfortable restaurant so big and you can find too much foods it was tasty. Pools also was so good especially animation team was so funny and friendly they did so good our holiday thank you for all. Shows was so amazing we are thinking to come back thank you for everything ❤️

AVOID THIS HOTEL — ONE OF THE WORST HOLIDAY EXPERIENCES WE HAVE EVER HAD Do not be fooled by the photos or the appearance of this hotel. Looks are extremely deceiving. What we experienced during our 10-night stay was completely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with an attitude that was rude and dismissive. The receptionist insisted that we go straight to dinner, even though after travelling we simply wanted to get to our rooms. After dinner — which was absolutely disgusting and, in our opinion, barely edible — we were then told that all six of us had to sleep in one room, despite having paid for three separate rooms. The receptionist’s attitude was basically “get on with it”, with absolutely no understanding or apology. We were travelling with my grandparents, who needed a proper bed. Instead, they were expected to use a camper-style bed which actually broke when it was sat on. We went back to reception extremely upset. Thankfully, another receptionist was much more helpful and arranged a separate room for my grandparents. You would think the situation would have been resolved after that. It wasn’t. On the second day, we went back to reception to get the rooms we had actually paid for and were once again told there was an issue and that we should stay where we were — despite the room not being equipped for four people. It took until the THIRD DAY for us to finally receive the accommodation we had booked and paid for. And what did we find when we finally got our rooms? ANTS. EVERYWHERE. There was no meaningful apology. No proper explanation. Nothing to acknowledge the fact that we had spent three days dealing with accommodation that was completely different from what we had paid for. The cleanliness throughout this hotel is shocking. The hotel is grim and dirty, the bedding did not appear to be changed properly, and ants were present in the rooms. Then there is the pool, which raises a completely different and very serious concern. While getting into the pool, my foot went straight through a drain around the pool area, leaving me bruised and unable to walk properly for several days. Even more concerning, on that same day we watched another couple experience the same thing, with one person’s foot completely falling into the drain. How many people need to get injured before something is done about this? This should not be dismissed as bad luck. A drain around a swimming pool that people can put their feet through is a serious safety hazard. And then there’s the food and drink. The food was disgusting and, in our experience, not edible. The alcohol was also undrinkable. On one occasion, after drinking at the hotel, I became violently sick. The food and drinks also caused significant bloating, and despite paying for an all-inclusive holiday, we ended up eating out on 8 of our 10 nights. Think about that — paying for an all-inclusive holiday and then having to spend additional money eating elsewhere because you cannot stomach the food provided. This was supposed to be a holiday. Instead, we spent the first three days fighting to get the rooms we had already paid for, dealing with rude staff, ants and poor cleanliness, worrying about safety around the pool, and spending more money eating outside the hotel. No proper apology. No satisfactory explanation. No feeling that our complaints actually mattered. This hotel seriously needs to look at its standards, cleanliness, food, customer service and, most importantly, its safety. Do not be fooled by how this hotel looks in photographs. Our experience was completely different. After everything we experienced, I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Salih is a perfect cook, gentle en very kindly person! The food is perfect, you can choose from many things. The hotel is clean, also very friendly people!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The food was good with plenty of choice, and we really enjoyed the pool area. The location was also convenient. We had a great holiday and would happily stay here again. Thank you to all the staff!
