The hotel was lovely and the staff were great. (shamuz,Tuba and Fiasal "Sal" ) Our room was nice and clean ,Food tasty enough and good choice overall. The hotel was always been cleaned 🙌 Entertainment was just about ok ! We went to.the spa for a massage which was awful 🫤 dirty sticky smelly towels 🤢 which we asked to be changed ... new ones as bad ! DONT waste your money in there! Not alot you do outside of hotel at night other than shops 😌

I wisited this hotel october 2026. Full pansion. All i can say.Food terrible. Not a taste at all.Same fish everyday. No meet.Lots off warm up food.im not gonna eat chicken in next 10 years. Many times if you come like 1 hour after nothing left to eat.Drinks cheap cola and fanta. So if you ever visit this hotel never take all inclusive.

The animation team was absolutely amazing! Everyone was super friendly, energetic, and always made sure we had a great time. The shows and activities were fantastic, and there was never a boring moment. Thank you for making our holiday even more special! We would definitely come back! ❤️
