Club Sun Heaven – Our 5-Night Stay Review Today is our last day and we’ve already checked out, but the hotel kindly allowed us to continue using all the facilities until our pick-up time, which was brilliant. They also let us store our luggage on the terrace, so we could enjoy our last few hours without worrying about our bags. We arrived at around 1:30am for our 5-night stay. Despite the late arrival, the reception staff and the staff who helped us with our luggage were very welcoming, friendly and chatty, which immediately made us feel at ease. We were given room 5611 on the 6th floor, which had a lovely big balcony. The room had one single bed and two other beds, a mini fridge stocked with plenty of small bottles of water, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had wall-mounted shower gel, as well as small round soap, shower caps and cotton buds. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room, although there was no milk. These were topped up every day. The resort The resort was actually smaller than I expected. From the top, you can see that the accommodation is basically arranged in a long, straight area, with rooms on both sides and the swimming pools between the two accommodation buildings. In the middle is the main restaurant, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. There is also a main bar serving cocktails and tequila shots. Some cocktails appeared to have an additional charge of around €10, although I wasn’t completely sure whether that was a one-off or a daily charge. There are three pools. The one near the stage is the activity pool, the middle pool has both shallow and deeper areas, and the pool at the far end is quieter. There is also an à la carte restaurant, although we didn’t use it as you need to be staying for 7 nights to book it. There is a spa with an indoor pool, and I had a hammam treatment, which was a really good experience. The hotel has a walkway leading towards the sea. The beach is literally about a minute’s walk away, as it is just on the other side. One thing to be aware of is the sun loungers. You need to get there early! We went down at around 10am one morning and couldn’t find anywhere to sit. People were clearly reserving their loungers much earlier. There is a beach bar, although the drinks selection is quite limited. Snacks included pizza, chips and chicken nuggets. The ice cream was a bit disappointing. I was expecting proper ice cream, but it was basically ice cream on a stick, similar to a Magnum. There is table tennis and various activities, as well as children’s shows. Personally, I wasn’t particularly impressed with the animation team. The children’s shows also seemed quite long. I know the animation team gets a lot of praise, but I didn’t personally see anything particularly special during our stay. Staff English is mainly spoken at reception, and most of the other staff don’t speak much English. However, this wasn’t really a problem because everyone was friendly, polite and clearly working very hard. Food The food was okay. I certainly didn’t go hungry, but after about three days of all-inclusive, it became quite repetitive. There was a good selection of turkey, chicken, beef, liver and vegetables, along with lots of salads, bread, cheeses, cakes and fruit. The biggest disappointment for me was the seafood. I was really looking forward to having prawns, but unfortunately they were very mushy and tasted as though they had been cooked from frozen and reheated. I personally love fresh seafood, so this was disappointing. Having said that, there was always something to eat and overall the food was perfectly adequate. The highlight of my holiday ❤️ The thing that probably made my holiday was completely unexpected – the little kitten that fell asleep on my lap while I was watching the karaoke show! I was also very happy that the restaurant had boiled chicken available. I would put some in a cup and, whenever I saw cats or kittens around the resort, I would feed them. 🐱❤️ That honestly made me very happy. Excursion – Side, Waterfall & Aspendos We booked our excursion through Love Holidays, which cost £65 per person, including food. Personally, I felt it was overpriced for what we got. The trip was quite rushed, particularly the visit to Side, and we didn’t get much time to actually explore. We were also encouraged to buy drinks even though we had already paid £65 for the excursion, which I didn’t particularly like. If you are interested in seeing Side properly, I would probably recommend arranging your own transport and spending more time there rather than doing the organised excursion. Overall Despite the few disappointments, we had a lovely holiday overall. The hotel isn’t perfect, and there are definitely things that could be improved, particularly the repetitive food, seafood and some aspects of the entertainment. But the staff were friendly and hardworking, the room was comfortable, the pools were good, the beach was very close and there was plenty to do. For us, it was a relaxing and enjoyable 5-night all-inclusive holiday, and the friendly staff – and of course the cats! – made it a memorable one. ❤️🐱 One thing to keep in mind when booking: the hotel is around 1 hour 40 minutes from Antalya Airport, so the transfer is quite long.

The hotel is exceptional, everything is clean and tidy, the food is good and all the services are top notch. I specifically want to address how amazing Chef Zekeriya and his assistant Muhammed were. Will visit again!

I enjoyed it very much the food, animation,staff everything was very good but the best animation member out of all of them was Babou

Otel really good , a lot of activities, clean room , tasty food , animaton team - amazing Kid’s animation Taya Sasha and Elmira . Every day the girls study with the children, they draw, play and make T-shirts. If you need a vacation with good animation for children - you go to this hotel
