Eftalia Ocean Resort & Spa

Do not be fooled. This was our 5th trip to Turkey with family as we love the area in general but this was the worst holiday we have been on by far. We read both good and bad reviews before booking and have usually put bad reviews down to people who are maybe inexperienced with the all inclusive concept. We were wrong!!! Rooms dated, poor state of repair and 2 to 3 stars at best. Beds rock hard and stained..just dirty. Food was very poor. Been 4 previous times all inclusive to Turkey so we know what it should be like. This is very poor some completely inedible. Hotel overcrowded with music blaring till 2am. Staff very rude both at bars and reception. Kids running down corridors knocking doors at 3 am. Vomit on floors. Human mess in lift just unbelievable. Walls to rooms so thin...kept awake most nights. Full of drunk people, loud mouthed and confrontational. Overall this hotel has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Don't waste your money.

Animation team was great especially bumbum great atmosphere great songs all day food was also good lots of choices

We were at aqua 3 years ago and we meat the same staff in the eftalia ocean we see same face again entrainment a best friend Johnny boy is mean Ata and we like hotel so big and eftalia Iceland entertainment night show and activities is best

Great hotel! There are plenty of fun activities and entertainment for kids. The staff is extremely helpful, and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for families!
