Ela Excellence Resort Belek

I booked an 8 night stay in this hotel and have 3 nights left. This is not a 5 star hotel based on the conditions on the room. I have moved room 3 times due to mould in the bathroom sinks or dirty rooms and once due to an awful smell from the shower drain. There are cracked tiles in the bathroom, broken shower seals, I’ve also found ants and a cockroach. The hotel do not seem bothered by the fact the sinks have mould and do not seem to acknowledge the seriousness of this issue and their solution seems to be to takeoff the sealent and replace it which does not treat anything. Management are not interested in helping or taking the time to address the situation directly and promptly yet the hotel will claim they have tried to resolve the issue by moving me yet moving me to rooms with dirty sinks is not acceptable. The reception staff are incredibly rude and dismissive and one of them inappropriately laughed when I was trying to explain a situation regarding my autistic disabled child which is absolutely disgusting.

Amazing hotel! Our friends, who are top YouTube families, have been to ELA a few times and recommended this hotel for our vacation. We had an excellent experience in every part of the hotel. We enjoyed the beautiful nature, fancy restaurants with shows, and plenty of entertainment for kids. And of course, we created many funny videos for YouTube and TikTok at ELA Excellence Resort Belek.

You cannot fail to have a great holiday at this hotel, unless you are being extremely picky or are naturally miserable. The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools and the beach area are great and the grounds are very green and manicured. The standard all inclusive buffet is extensive and impressive. Again, if you fail to find something to enjoy, there must be something wrong with you. Like any all inclusive buffet after a few days you might want a change and there are an abundance of à la carte restaurants in o choose from. Lots of availability and an easy booking system. These are at an additional cost. The fruit station and patisserie were very handy for snacks throughout the day. Ice creams and drinks are every where. Great for the kids! The staff were very helpful and not overly intrusive. Please take all pool items with you unless you are the favourite granddaughter of a Russian oligarch. I went to buy 2 pairs of goggles from the hotel shop and they were going to charge me 260 euros! My children have now adapted to swimming with their eyes open. I’m told their chlorine burns will subside in a few weeks. If we wanted another holiday where relaxation, great food and pool time with the kids was paramount we would definitely return.

We were 3 rooms and 1 family with my brother here, from first we arrived welcomed by professionál team one of them was Mehtap asszistant and the other was Serhan. We had chance to have dinner in Akari Teppenyaki, La Perla, Galáta (Last night) so far. I ordered twice lobster and it was better cooked in Galata, La Sante was alsó good for food. Reception team was so professzionál too. Dinara was so kind to us. My kids love áll facilities there. The hotel made the best investment there. They have alsó teen and baby club. The beach was Good and clean. We like áll the staff, so nice helpful to us, we definitely planning to come back ágain
