Hotel Eftalia Village

The best thing about this hotel is the entertainment team Food is also amazing, rooms are clean, there a lot of options to choose from, u never get bored in here Special thanks to Beko and other guys from the animation team for making this vacation a great experience:)

Room was okay. The animation team was superb got the kids and myself involved with activities .Burak was friendly and funny

Excellent for family's with kids, plenty for them to do and the animation team are always doing different things through the day and also the night

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews on this hotel but I’m soo glad we went its a beautiful hotel, when we arrived early hours we were offered a room upgrade for £300 but refused when we got to our room it was over looking the back of the hotel just a road and very noisy, the next morning went to reception to ask for a slide pool view they told us to go back at 12pm when visitors had left we did and they offered us another upgrade for £200 this time, but again we refused we got to our new room and it was a perfect spot overlooking the kids pool. When my friends got there the next morning they were offered an upgrade for £90 if this were the case with us I’d have taken it so I think it depends who’s on reception to what price you get offered. The room was spacious with a double bed single bed and a pull out bed this was just a standard family room, the aircon is amazing it’s like walking into a freezer when you get back in your room after a hot sweaty day around the pool. The restaurant was very chaotic the first night but after that we were looked after by the lovely yunus who couldn’t do enough for us always making sure we were ok and happy we got a table every meal the staff work extremely hard and are very kind and polite the food in my opinion was really nice different options every night we only ate out once. I read about people complaining having to pay £2 or 2€ for fresh orange juice this is an option if you would like one rather than just the syrup juice from the machines and the staff are stood freshly squeezing them so they are fresh again it’s an option if you would like one. The pools are clean and great for the kids slides are open between 10am-12pm then 2pm-4pm this pool can get very busy the main pool at the other side is more chilled and there is still a baby pool at the main pool aswell which is good they are covered from the sun also. The shops are great on site if you need anything they have most of it and the pool inflatables are very much good prices I got my son a big cookie donut and it was only 14€ other places I’ve been your talking 25-35€ there are shops near both pool at each side of the hotel the one near the main pool has more stuff like sun creams shampoo’s toiletries ect the one near the slide is more inflatables ice lollies and snacks. There are extras like your cocktails milkshakes iced coffee ect which you can get from 2 little shacks one near reception and one near the main pool bar the lady who makes these is amazing and soo kind the cocktails range from 9€ upwards and they are very nice and strong I’d highly recommend frozen strawberry daiquiri & Long Island iced tea 👌 iced coffees are 6€ but are lovely I think the milkshakes started from 6€ also. Eftalia island is straight through the tunnel behind the main pool about a 2 minutes walk when you come out of the tunnel your at one end of the island turn left and all you need is that way you’ll definitely get your steps in 😂 the food on the island is really nice loads of different options, the beach is very rocky in the water id highly recommend swim shoes for everyone I never go in the sea but I spent a lot of the day in the sea when we had a beach day coz I had those shoes it was soo refreshing again there is extras on the island there’s shops kids soft play ect. There are shops about a 5-10 minutes walk out of the hotel straight ahead then more shops to the right of the hotel about 10-15minutes walk I would recommend Jacob’s shops for all your clothes very good prices. The cats in the hotel are just adorable always playful always a nice sight to see them been looked after. All in all I would definitely come back to this hotel don’t take notice of the bad reviews because it’s what you make it & it’s very picturesque.

Came as a family of 11 absolutley the best holiday we ever had the animation team especially hero were brilliant we will 100 percent be returning im fact we booked twice for next year food spot on entertainment amazing genuinely travelled half the world and dont understand the bad reviews for the money you pay clearly people expect the ritz on a butlins budget.. cant find a single fault at all and we've been here 5 days. Thank you to all staff for a great week 😁
