Hotel Süral Saray

I stayed with my partner for 10 days. The all inclusive is just next level! From the moment you enter reception you are treated like royalty. A man toon our suitcase to our room and showed how everything worked. Free minibar in the room as well! The lobby bar (and the other bars) are really good! Nice fresh to order cocktails made and not cheap juice ones like other inclusive places! The animation crew who do entertainment were really great, loads to do each day, so helpful and friendly. The food was also amazing! Fresh pasta bar cooked to order, a meat grill station, massive variety!. The room itself has a spacious bed (I'm 2metres tall and fit comfortably). Housekeeping are attentive every day! 10 out of 10!!

I am currently staying in this hotel (literally sitting at their coffee shop waiting for my Ethiopia V60 to arrive) so it's gonna be a very vey speaking from experience review. Gonna go one by one from the checklist above: 1) Location- literally at the beach with plenty of amenities at the beach itself (restaurant, waffle and fruit station and drink bar), 5/5 cannot complain there 2) Atmosphere is quite unusual cause there are like 80% germans, 15% Russians and 5% of different nations. It is supposed to be luxurious, but some aspects, of how the hotel functions are far far away from it, generally it is rather calm, but some events can be quite noisy 3) Rooms are just like photos show so nothing wrong there. Bathroom could have been arranged in a more functional was as water spills from shower, but thats literally the only thing I can complain about in terms of room. I love the light switches and how the A/C works perfectly and is super easy and intuitive to operate 4) VALUE- 11/10 !!!!! This is one of the best price to quality ratios I have ever experienced. FOR THIS KIND OF MONEY THE HOTEL ASKS THE VALUE IS AMAZING 5) Cleanliness- common areas, dining areas, pools, sun beds, bars are super clean. The only thing I would improve is the house keeping- they do basic stuff but a room lacks deeper cleaning at least once every few days (mirrors, surface areas etc are left untouched) 6) Service is attentive yes it lacks a lot if it wants to be considered luxurious. for example right now there are two baristas and one 5 customers in line. Only one of them is performing tasks which makes the wait a bit longer then usual. Also what is important to mention during dinner your experience is going to different depending on which table you choose. Five times my mom and I chose seats on the left side where there was a really nice attentive and all smiley waitress. Yesterday we chose a different seating area (in the same restaurant) and Jesus Christ we are coming bac to the previous one cause the waiter was so so clumsy and slow. 6) Food is repetitive yet diverse enough that I do not find it boring overt the course of week. Not exquisite, but I could not ask for more given the price we have paid. 7) Ammeneties are just right there is plenty to. do but it's not overwhelming. The only thing that annoys me is the schedule of activities or rather lack of it. Days and hours are not communicated clearly and it is problematic when you arrive all dressed up for a pilates class when surprise surprise there is a pools party, which surprisingly cancels pilates. Same with water activities- there were 2 women present and classes did not take place as there were not enough people (even if I was alone I believe the classes should have taken place they were not team sports they were literally "aqua fit". Overall I highly recommend this place as I would like to highlight the value for money is OUTSTANDING and all those smaller slip ups do not make me regret coming here last all. Thats why I give it a 5 even though I believe it is a solid 4 cause having experience with all inclusive resorts with similar budget I truly believe this one is outstanding.

We had an amazing stay at Sural Saray and couldn't be happier with our holiday! Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, modern, and cleaned every day. The entire hotel was very well maintained and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, polite, and ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel was clean and organized in every area. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend Sural Saray and will definitely return in the future!

After our stay last year, we visited the hotel again this year, and once again it did not disappoint. The hotel and the entire resort are beautiful and very clean! The food and drinks were excellent. There were always enough sun loungers available on the beach. The staff were amazing, always smiling and willing to help. Our thanks go to everyone, especially the two lovely ladies at the reception, Mrs Zena and Mrs Jennifer, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us as our flight was only late at night. We highly recommend this adults-only hotel and we will definitely come back again. Thank you, Sural Saray. You are doing a great job! 👏
