J'Adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa

This is a large hotel - popular especially with Russian and German visitors. Its got a lot of good facilities and if you're looking for a big busy hotel for a poolside or beach holiday involving sun, alcohol, evening entertainment - this is a good choice. The slight reluctance to be completely gushing in my praise is because it wasn't really the sort of holiday that we were looking for. The staff - all very nice, friendly and helpful. The reception staff tried their best to sort out whatever I might ask for. The room cleaning staff were lovely. The bar staff were all great. The catering staff worked hard constantly to keep the food buffet stocked and the tables clear. The animation team did what animation teams always do - overflow with bubbly cheerfulness and excitability. I also had a small room maintenance issue and after reporting it to the reception there was a person in the room fixing it in under 1 hour. Really can't fault that. Well done! The pool is - a pool. The private beach area is - a beach. There are loads of bars, snack bars, food options - you will not go hungry or short of drinks! The room itself was very good. Comfortable. Nice to have a minibar (soft drinks). The air-conditioning was pretty effective. Gym. There's a gym which is larger than in some hotels, and quite well-stocked for CV / weight machines and also free-weights. The gym seemed to be lower on the maintenance priority list than other places - some things were out of order, and overall it seemed quite dark being mostly lit by strip or cable lights. Food. This is a big topic for many TA reviews. All I can say is - the choice is massive. Really massive. It takes half an hour to walk around all the separate buffet areas in the main dining hall, and on top of that there are chefs outside at a barbecue area cooking some things to order. Plus there are snack bars for a simple lunch. For additional evening options they have multiple so-called 'a la carte' restaurants. They aren't actually a la carte though, because they don't have a menu. You just get a fixed menu (more or less - they are accommodating of certain requests like being veggie). But its going to them which is the choice. The food hygiene could be improved. There are a lot of flies everywhere (its a hot country!) but no evidence of any attempt to control them (blue light zappers for example). I was aware of a number of people coming down with stomach bugs whilst there - I was one. You can't be sure where it came from but you suspect. The actual area where the hotel is, isn't particularly inspiring. Its obviously just a hotel development zone and there's nothing really drawing you out of the hotel - unless you go a bit further. Conclusion. If you want a big hotel where you can eat, drink, and lie by a pool all day, possibly with a bit of excitement by being dragged behind a speedboat on an inflatable - then this is a good choice.

I really enjoyed stayin there, and what i enjoyed the most was spending time with the guy named Harry Jackson. I had a good time with him and he's the best Michael Jackson lookalike.

I was truly impressed by the Animation Team and their amazing show program. Every performance was flawless, highly energetic, and incredibly artistic. The hotel has brought together such talented dancers and performers! Every night and every party felt like a real concert to me, and the incredible performances made my stay at the hotel truly unforgettable. It was definitely one of the highlights of my holiday!

I rate my stay at the hotel as excellent. What I appreciated most was the dedication, energy, and passion of the entertainment team and the quality of their performances. The nightly shows were absolutely fascinating. It was clear how much effort, time, and energy the team put into every performance. The shows were incredibly well-prepared and polished — I have honestly never seen entertainment of such a high standard at a hotel before. The entertainers themselves were wonderful people. After their shows, they were always happy to dance with the guests, chat, and spend time with everyone. They were very approachable and often took the initiative to start conversations and make guests feel involved and welcome. The daytime pool activities were also fantastic and added a lot of variety and fun to the usual pool experience. When it comes to the entertainment team, this hotel truly deserves the highest praise. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine connection with the guests made my stay even more memorable. I have rarely met such an amazing and dedicated team!
