Super hotel. Kids club, beach , pool and goods are nice

A truly excellent stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, and the staff demonstrate genuine care for every guest. I would particularly like to highlight the outstanding quality and impressive variety of the food — every dish was exceptionally well prepared and truly delicious. My sincere thanks to the chefs for their remarkable work.The hotel’s location is also highly convenient, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

The location is ok if you do not Want to leave the resort,a minus is that the entry in the water it is with stones, so you need special shooes,the athmospher it is ok, lot of children,the rooms are ok, clean, but the floor is quite old, the food at the main restaurant is ok.

Our highlight of this family & friends holiday was the Hammam Turkish bath spa & massage, absolutely amazing! 2nd was the amount of food choices & we did not realise until the day before going home that there was a restaurant by the beach at lunch (not the pier) that served you with the best pulled chicken burgers. Our teens favourite was the fried chicken & peri peri chips on the pier. Great variety in the main buffet but need to have better signage for allergies as we were not given an allergy card until day 3 after I complained about being given nuts 3 times even after querying the ingredients. What I thought was white chocolate had hazelnut cream in it. You only get one à la carte per week & we chose the Mexican which was very nice. Wish we could have had 2 À la carte in our week. During the day, staff served drinks on roller boots or the cocktail trolley would come by. At night, there were fancy cocktails being made too. The large, long swimming pool was one depth throughout and lacked ladders in some areas. The waterpark could do with rubber rings on a couple of slides as we all got friction burns & put us off. The over 16’s infinity pool bar was a great addition. Needs a few more stools by the bar though. Rooms were clean with good air-conditioning & comfy beds. Fridge is stocked with soft drinks, water, beer, crisps & chocolate. The sound system for the entertainment is brilliant with some great shows. The lead entertainment guy needs to not overrun with giving our kids certificates though! There is not much to see or do in the area but we took a night bus to Belek shopping centre which is huge. Take insect repellent! Overall, a lovely holiday for our group of 9 & would recommend.
