Kirman Hotels Belazur Resort & Spa

Nice hotel with luxes. Clean and the staff is doing everything to make your holiday a succes. Location is quiet, not nearby Belek. Unfortuanatly very many Russian guest, that we not so nice. A few German and very few Dutch guests. That was the only negative point. The food was great!

We arrived at the hotel on October 1st, around 11 a.m. We got our room a few hours later. The room was actually better than the one we had booked, but that’s when the first problems appeared. It turned out that the air conditioner only made noise but didn’t blow cold air, and the TV wouldn’t turn on. We called a technician, who replaced the batteries in the TV remote, and the TV came to life. Then he removed the air conditioner filter, washed it in the sink, and put it back. It got a bit better, but… we decided not to complain any further and just start our vacation. A few words about the food. In my wife’s and my opinion, the food was excellent, and I see no need to go into more detail. Since we love swimming a lot, we always choose hotels with a good pier. Here, it’s large, with a bar and fireman-style ladders. Well, let’s say the people who designed those ladders have probably never tried swimming from the pier themselves. So why, on the other side of the pier (the paid area), are there comfortable steps for getting out of the water? Maybe the hotel’s general manager should try climbing out of the water a few times on the “free” side? Although, what’s “free” when you’ve paid 3,000 euros for the trip? Another real “treasure” this hotel can be proud of is its staff. They are truly wonderful people. Would I come back here? I think yes.

Beautiful beach & sea, quality food & drinks, great rooms, amazing sunsets; but what makes the real difference from other resorts is the staff The staff is polite, quick, respectful, always smiling and very hard working. Special thanks to Necdet & Yagiz from Guest relations, Ali, the main restaurant captain and all the servers & bartenders. 100% recommended!
