Kleopatra Dreams Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Cleopatra Dreams Beach with our family this September. The staff were very kind, friendly and always happy to help. We really enjoyed the delicious food and the variety of the buffet. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the location by the beautiful sea is perfect. We would happily come back again! We stayed at Kleopatra Dreams Beach Hotel in Alanya as a couple, and we had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. What really made our stay special was the hotel and beach bar staff — they are absolutely the best! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their service made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our holiday. The location is excellent, right by beautiful Kleopatra Beach and close to shops, restaurants, and Alanya centre. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We also found it pleasantly quiet at night. Good amenities, great service, and very good value for money. We would definitely come back!

There's something truly special about returning to Kleopatra Dream Beach every year. It doesn't feel like just another hotel holiday — it feels more like coming home to Alanya, and to a place where the staff remember us, and where the joy of reuniting is genuine on both sides. The food at the hotel has been good every time we've chosen to eat there. We have all-inclusive, but we still deliberately spend a good part of our time at the restaurants in town, because over the years we've built relationships with several of the owners in Alanya. Going out to eat there has become a bit like visiting family — it's this kind of relationship that makes a repeat visit to Alanya into something more than just a holiday. We can warmly recommend Kleopatra Dream Beach to others looking for a place with great atmosphere, familiar faces, and a solid all-inclusive concept as a base for a stay in Alanya. The only downside: the music by the pool is too loud and not varied enough. That's the only complaint this year — but it's worth mentioning, because it takes away a little from the relaxed poolside atmosphere that the rest of the hotel otherwise gets so right. There are plenty of good playlists out there that could bring more variety throughout the day. Overall: Five stars for staff, food, atmosphere, and that feeling of coming "home." A dent in the pool music is the only thing keeping this review from being completely without reservations.
