After the problems with the cyber attack on British air space my self and my family were sent to this hotel by jet 2 and what an awful experience we had the reception staff were so rude! Not one bit helpful at all the way they treat my family and others were disgusting we were stranded and to add to the stress they could not have cared less,from what we got to see of the hotel was ok asked staff if we could use a wheelchair as my mum broke her leg when away and just needed it to get her from room to reception they wanted 40 euro the reception staff could see we were distressed but just would not help at all so dissapointed.

1–2 stars at best – very disappointing experience. Honestly, apart from the location, pools and beach, there is very little positive to say about this hotel. The food was bland, repetitive and mediocre. We expected much more, especially considering the price of the holiday. The room was also a disappointment from the very beginning. When we checked in, we found a very dirty bedsheet on the bed. Room cleaning was clearly inconsistent — it seemed that if you left a tip, the room was cleaned properly, but without one, the standard was poor. We also paid extra for an upgrade, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. We were promised various benefits, but in reality, we received almost nothing extra. A few drinks may have been slightly better, but definitely not worth paying more for. The bar service was particularly poor. Sparkling wine was served warm, and the staff often seemed untrained and unsure of what they were doing. Everyone appeared to be trying their best to somehow manage, but that is simply not good enough for a hotel charging these prices. The most frustrating part was that several things were promised but not delivered. We were told that late check-out would be possible, but when it was time to leave, this promise suddenly meant nothing. Overall, this hotel looks much better on paper than it performs in reality. The beach, pools and location cannot compensate for poor food, questionable cleanliness, weak service and badly trained staff. We paid good money for this holiday and expected a much higher standard. Instead, we left feeling disappointed and misled. The upgrade was absolutely not worth the money, and based on our experience, we would neither return nor recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was pretty good, from the drinks to the food and the games host Veronika was fantastic!

Hello marti myra. We did like this hotel programs. Ebtertainment activities was nice. We celebrated 30 august. I could say hotel was good. Also DJ crew was crazy. They have 90's and new russian songs. Thank you.

Hotel is wonderful, location is perfect and staff is awesome. Highly recommend for family holidays
