The hotel looks good although there are signs it has been rushed to be finished. Rooms are very nice but maid service was not the best. Dirty floors and minibars not restocked. Most of the staff are friendly. Not all staff speak English and at times in the restaurant, it was apparent not all have been trained well. Table service was hit and miss. Food is very good with lots of choice but as it is a family hotel, every mealtime was met with children and babies screaming and crying. A adults only area would be a good addition. The Al A carte restaurants are excellent and the waiters there have obviously been well trained and are very professional. The pool areas are nice but busy and noisy. The poolside bar staff very friendly and work hard. Snack bar gets busy but we always found a seat. The food is fast food but tasty. The beach is basic as no music or bar but kept immaculate due to a very hard working man who is very helpful and prides himself in his work. Waiter service on the beach is non existent as there are not enough waiters. Toilets in all areas of the hotel are all kept very clean including the beach. When the beach bar is built this will be a big improvement. The beach is perfect if you want to get away from the noisy, busy pool areas. You will need shoes to enter the sea. The stones are extremely painful to walk on coming in and out of the sea. The night time entertainment is very good. The lobby bars could benefit from some music, as they look nice but there is no atmosphere on an evening and the lighting is very bright. The cocktails and wine are very good. We enjoyed our holiday but thought it’s not the 5* experience we were hoping for. Ideal for families but not for couples or anyone wanting a luxury 5* relaxing break. We have been to many other hotels in Turkey and this isn’t quite there. I wouldn’t return but we did enjoy we stay.

I've spent 1 week at the end of August with my grown up kids and wife. In overall it was acceptable but here are few things you need to know before visiting this hotel. 1.) As there is a Aquapark and chldrens theme park used together with the neighbor Seaden Seaworld Hotel - there will be a bunch of kids everywhere. At the dining rooms you couldn't find a spot where there wasn't any kids crying or just shouting around during every ocasion - which was very disturbing for us. 2.) The west side of the building is totally not suitable for having a rest - and here is why: It is looking on another Hotel the Asteria Bloom Side. They have freaking loud industrial AC vents on this side of the hotel wich have constant sound - so you can not open your terrace door. The other main problem was every single night at 02:30 AM a garbage truck arrived and collected the garbage bins from this hotel for aprox. 30 minutes which sounded like an earthquake every single night! All rooms arr side sea view, which is true but we could only see a small bit of the sea. 3.) Hygenic problems - 1st day we had to ask for an extra cleaning because the floor in our room was very dirty. In the main restaurant I found several inproperly washed forks and knives - I had to ask for new ones several times. At the pool bars the plastic glasses are extra dirty and discusting - I do not recomend to drink from them. I found several times dried fruit bits sticked in the inside of them left behind from an earlier drink or cocktail and they look awfully dirty even if they were only 1 month old. Once we asked for 1 glass of water and we received warm tap water so be carefull! I recomend to only drink the bottled water and the canned softdrinks from the minibar in your room. 3.) The food - the main restaurant is too small for such a big Hotel, the variety of food is not enough. The fruits were not enough for me and they tasted even worse, especially the peaches and apples were uneatable and several times the warm dishes were cold already. 4.) The beach was also dissapointing. It was very difficult to go in the water barefoot because of the small rocks on shore and the water gets deep very fast, in 4meters aprox. you have to swim. 5.) As the hotel was opened only in July they are still working on the parks gardening, in some places it was very disssapointing - like missing grass, etc. So in overall I can give max. 4 points of 5.

Unfortunately, I cannot consider this hotel a true 5-star property. Upon our arrival, we were informed that the family room we had booked was not available. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or any real effort to address the situation — we were simply given the information as if it were completely normal. The staff is another major issue. Most of them have very limited English or German, which makes any communication difficult. The reception staff in particular were extremely disappointing and did not provide the level of service I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Man at the reception simply picked up the phone in the middle of our conversation and started to speak Turkish which was very disrespectfull. Nobody from the staff would greet you even if they look at you. Dinner or breakfast in the main restaurant can sometimes be a nightmare. There is practically no table service — nobody comes to offer or bring drinks, and tables are often left uncleared. This creates a chaotic atmosphere and is far below the standard expected from a luxury hotel. The taxi company Side jet transfer in the hotel lobby is special category too. We paid for private taxi to and from Side. They gave us a car with broken air condition and on the way back they simply put two more people to our taxi with no explanation. 6 people in car with no air condition, we were sick. They did not give us money back and explained us that company owner is not picking up the phone. Do not use this company for any transfer. On the positive side, the beach is nice and, importantly, there is no need to fight for sunbeds. The variety and choice of food are also quite good. Overall, there are some positive aspects, but the service, communication and especially the reception experience are nowhere near what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. For me, the hotel does not live up to its advertised category. We would never come back.
