I spent 7 days in September with my family. The hotel is decent and the complex itself is very well-designed, though the rooms are quite modest. The food was exactly to my taste—it is both delicious and diverse, meaning everyone can easily find something they like. But the true value of this hotel lies in its exceptional team. The entire staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help.The absolute highlight of our stay was definitely the Spa department. The whole team—Atilla, Selim, and Murat—is fantastic, highly professional, and dedicated to creating a relaxing environment. I want to give a special shoutout to Murat. He is a professional physiotherapist, and I had several therapeutic treatments with him. His expertise, skill, and professional approach made a massive difference. He is truly a master of his craft! I highly recommend Murat if you need a therapeutic massage—or even if you don't yet know that you need one!

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT SEHER HOTEL! I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel. The food was a complete disaster. Both of us became seriously ill after eating at the hotel and ended up needing medical treatment at the hospital. Our holiday turned into an absolute nightmare. Some of the food, especially the desserts, tasted and smelled suspiciously spoiled. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to serve food that can make guests this sick. We came on holiday to relax, not to spend our time suffering from severe stomach problems and going to the hospital. The hotel needs to seriously review its food safety, storage, preparation and hygiene standards. This was not a minor inconvenience. It completely ruined our holiday and left us extremely disappointed and angry. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Old hotel with old rooms. 3 stars max. Food was ok but you wont eat Turkish meat, kebab ect. Animation for kids - its a joke, same with playground. Not recomended, unless you will buy accomodation in good price. But the staff was nice, and seaside is ok.

Resort is very nice. People were very friendly, but minimal English for a 5 star hotel. There was currency exchange available at the hotel (cash only). Room was very spacious and had all necessary items. Sauna, indoor pool and outdoor pool was all nice. Pool bar had limited snacks, but good drinks. The main food was delicious with a variety of things. Private spa was available for fees. Staff was very helpful in celebrating my parents anniversary by arranging table, and they also helped with getting a private taxi. Hotel was covered with cats, and its so close to beach. Public transport is limited.

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location right next to the beach and lots of fun activities for the children 👍
