We have enjoyed very much our stay here, largely thanks to Mr. Kumus from the reception (sorry for not remembering his first name, it's very difficult to pronounce), for his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. We were given at first a room that we didn't like at all, but after complaining it at the reception, Mr. Kumus went above and beyond to arrange a room update for us. The new room was beautiful and made our stay very comfortable. Otherwise, the hotel amenities are varied, with large entertainment facilities. The food is very good, plenty of choices also for fruits and vegetables; i liked very much that there were many vegetable based traditional dishes. All the personnel is very friendly and ready to help. All in, I do appreciate the hotel's interest in customer care. Keep it this way, as you are doing a great job!

I give this luxury hotel a well-deserved 5-star rating for an unforgettable stay. What makes this place truly special is the incredible service. A special shoutout goes to the manager, Gino. He is amazing and so helpful. From the moment we arrived, Gino went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He made sure we were looked after and checked in on us daily. If you want a luxurious and welcoming experience, stay here. I recommend it to everyone!

There’s nothing more you can ask for from a relaxing and joyful holidays. Perfect service, lovely staff and lots of entertainment of all kinds. And the beach…dreamy ☀️

We spent a lot of time choosing the right family hotel, reading reviews and watching YouTube videos, and I can honestly say that Selectum Family Comfort Side was a great choice for us. The hotel is divided into the main building area with the main pool, restaurant and bars, and the quieter Lake Houses area with its beautiful river-style pool, its own restaurant and bar, and the aquapark. We stayed in a two-bedroom family room in the Lake Houses and loved it. The room was spacious, had a beautiful pool view, two full bathrooms with two showers, two toilets and two sinks, and a surprisingly spacious minibar fridge. The aquapark was one of the highlights of our holiday, with great slides for older children and adults and a fantastic separate splash and slide area for younger children. Lifeguards were always present and everything felt well supervised. The beach was nice and we always found sunbeds; the sea gets deep quite quickly, so I personally preferred the pools, but my husband and son loved swimming, diving and jumping from the pier, which also has its own bar. Food was very varied with a huge choice of hot dishes, salads, sides, snacks, sushi, seafood and much more. My main criticism would be the main restaurant itself: it gets extremely busy, with queues and not enough indoor tables during peak times. The waiters work incredibly hard, but there are simply so many guests. I think the restaurant would benefit from more indoor seating, better organisation of drinks and a brighter, more attractive children’s dining area with child-sized tables and chairs and a fridge with children’s drinks. We also noticed quite a few flies around the buffet food during our stay, which I hope the hotel will address. The kids’ club was secure and parents could be contacted if needed, although during the times I collected my daughter I did not see much interaction between the staff and children, so perhaps organised activities take place at other times. Evening entertainment was relaxed and enjoyable, with mini disco, a small funfair, shows, music and a lovely lounge atmosphere. Guest Relations were excellent and communication via WhatsApp was very convenient and quick. We unfortunately had a pipe burst in our room at around 5am, causing significant flooding. Although the initial handling and emergency relocation could have been better organised, Guest Relations dealt with everything afterwards in a very friendly and professional way, and we reached a solution that we were all happy with. The hotel also kindly offered us a serviced beach cabana the following day. I was also pleasantly surprised by the welcome gathering for new guests at the beach snack bar, with cocktails, snacks, music and members of the management team — such a lovely touch and something I had never experienced at another hotel. Finally, a very special thank you to Hatem and Islam from the Lake restaurant — you guys are simply one love! ❤️ You were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and we genuinely felt like welcomed guests every time we came to the restaurant. We became very fond of you during our stay. A huge thank you also to Ridvan from the main restaurant, who went out of his way to try to find food my autistic daughter would eat; as a parent, that kindness meant so much to me. And thank you to Tahmina from Guest Relations for always being positive, friendly, helpful and available whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday. No hotel is perfect and you can always find negatives if you look for them, but I got exactly what I was looking for when I chose this hotel and never regretted my choice. Very disappointing experience. Our holiday was affected by multiple issues from start to finish. We were taken to the wrong hotel by the transfer, waited hours for a usable room, and the first room was dirty, moldy, and had no working air conditioning. Because of the mold, my daughter, who has a respiratory condition, started coughing. We were eventually given a standard room instead of the family room we had booked. During our stay, the air conditioning repeatedly failed, the TV was broken for many hours, and expired children’s yogurts were served at breakfast. Promised compensation was never provided, except for a late check-out that was useless due to our early departure. Overall, the hotel and tour operator failed to deliver the 5-star service we paid for. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
