Selectum Family Comfort Side

Ive only just had chance to write a review we went on the 27th March all the family 8 in total inc the grandkids .The staff couldn't do enough for you they was excellent ,BUT we had issues ,the hotel just wasnt ready for the first couple of weeks of the season ,we paid for a swim up room ! it was shocking damp bedding ,walls with damp and the final straw the ceiling in the bathroom leaked all over the floor ,we had the plumber in twice as the water was cold as well , so we went to reception and said we wasnt having another night in it and moved to the main building ,they asked us to sign a letter saying we didnt want any money back as we paid more to have the swim up room ! lol oh and the pool was full of leaves and bits of wood floating round . So we got our room but the toilet didnt work sooooo we had 4 visits to the room and me stopping with the plumber all morning to get it done ,he was more than busy ! we just got on with it but it was a shame , we also had a guy gridding the steps around the slide pool on one day that was shut with red tape blocking it off . But as i said before the staff where lovely but for me and the family we think it needs a lot more spending on it and getting it ready to compete with better hotels in that area .

It was a great hollyday, room was been always clean, staff was really nice to us. i really want to appricate one waitre Mert who work in main rastaurant, he was so friendly.

i had wonderful at this hotel.The staff were friendly and profesional,and the room was clean and comfortable.Thank you for the excellent service.I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it
