Everything was very good! Especially quest relationships management. They were very helpful, friendly and supportive. Always asking if anything required. The evening’s programs were very interesting. We were dancing a lot! Thanks a lot Selectum Family Comfort for amazing holidays!

Very disappointing experience. Our holiday was affected by multiple issues from start to finish. We were taken to the wrong hotel by the transfer, waited hours for a usable room, and the first room was dirty, moldy, and had no working air conditioning. Because of the mold, my daughter, who has a respiratory condition, started coughing. We were eventually given a standard room instead of the family room we had booked. During our stay, the air conditioning repeatedly failed, the TV was broken for many hours, and expired children’s yogurts were served at breakfast. Promised compensation was never provided, except for a late check-out that was useless due to our early departure. Overall, the hotel and tour operator failed to deliver the 5-star service we paid for. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Very nice hotel, beautiful swimming pools, interesting evening program, very nice beach, sunbeds always available... Happy to have spent holidays here.

We had a great stay at this family hotel. Our child especially loved it, and that made our vacation even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we were very satisfied with our experience. We would happily come back!

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood while still being within walking distance of shops, restaurants. Several traditional bazaars were within walking distance of the hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were large and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The only small drawback was the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom. The hotel offered good value for money. The hotel was generally clean, and the common areas were well maintained. The room was tidy and comfortable, although there was some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The service was good overall. The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to help whenever needed. They contributed to a pleasant stay and made guests feel welcome. The amenities were excellent, especially for families with children. The aquapark, amusement park, Kids Club, and daily entertainment programs provided plenty of fun for younger guests. The ice cream selection was also fantastic – both the cone ice creams and ice cream bars were delicious. Another highlight was the excellent coffee served by Sumeyra, which was always prepared with great care and tasted amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our holiday very much. We are already planning to come back next year!
