It’s a shame, because the holiday started off really well. Unfortunately, severe vomiting, diarrhoea and a fever completely ruined my stay. My daughter also became ill after we returned home. Instead of remembering this holiday with a smile, I’m left with unpleasant memories and disappointment.

I felt the staff was very unprofessional and rude, the food was cold and the hotel in general looked like it needed a renovation. I would not recommend

The atmosphere at the hotel is wonderful, and the staff is great and helpful. 👏👍 The rooms were a pleasant surprise—I didn't expect such high quality, but it was excellent. The rooms are spacious and smell nice. They are cleaned daily, and there is a minibar."

Selectum Family Resort was the biggest disappointment of our trip. For a hotel that markets itself as high-end, I expected far more. Instead we got dirt, bad smells and indifferent staff. Rooms. The smell hits you the moment you walk in. The bathroom had a strong ammonia odor, as if everything had been urinated on. Cleanliness exists only in the advertising. Restaurant. The food was the same every single day, with no variety at all. Finding a place to sit was nearly impossible, service was painfully slow, and there was always a shortage of plates or spoons. Every meal turned into a fight for a table and cutlery. Staff. Unfriendly and indifferent. Don't expect a smile or any willingness to help. Entertainment. Very weak, evenings were boring. Bottom line: at this price it feels like a rip-off. The hotel lives off its old reputation and pretty photos. Choose anything else – you won't regret it.

We arrived with our family. The hotel is cozy, and the staff at the reception are helpful and friendly. The food is very diverse and delicious. However, the restaurant staff are quite slow and seem to lack organization. It looks like there are many employees, but they often work with unhappy expressions, as if they are being forced to do their jobs. For example, today at the 24/7 à la carte restaurant, we sat at a table and waited for 10 minutes. There were not many guests, and the staff were standing together in groups of 3–4 people, but nobody came to us. I had to walk over and ask them: “Are you working?” Only then did they bring us the menu, still looking unhappy. Perhaps everyone is already tired after the whole season of work, which is understandable. Near the main pool, the cleanliness could be improved. The tiles are wet and nobody seems to clean the excess water. There are puddles everywhere, making the area very slippery, while small children are running and playing nearby. A staff member with a cleaning machine drives around the area, but does not clean near the pool edge. Simply removing the excess water with a broom would already make a big difference. I would especially like to praise the Guest Relations team for their friendliness, communication, and willingness to answer all questions. My best wishes to them! The Spa area is also excellent. The massages are truly high quality and very professional 💪👍👍. Everything is clean and well maintained. Overall, the hotel is good. There are plenty of activities if you take the initiative and find something you enjoy doing.
