Selene Beach & Spa Hotel

This hotel is excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and cleaned to a super high standard every day. Loved the towel art!! Food is excellent and varied and drinks very good. The staff here are absolutely brilliant, very friendly and offer a great service at all times. I'd like to give a few shout outs to staff that particularly made our stay so enjoyable. Paryani - at breakfast in the buffet restaurant was absolutely lovely and looked after us very well. Erding - at dinner in the buffet restaurant was so friendly and kept us topped up with drinks. Gokmen at the lobby bar looked after us so well. He and my husband had many football chats during our holiday. Plus a super mention to Ahmet and Can from the entertainment team. What absolutely fabulous people they are. They certainly made our holiday brilliant for us. Don't hesitate to visit the hotel it is excellent

Everything is ok with this hotel.

The staff was really nice, excellent service. The food is sometimes repetitive but all together we had a good stay

Everything is ok with this hotel.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, especially considering its TripAdvisor rating of 4.7. The hotel grounds are very small and do not match the photos. There are no green spaces or play areas for children. The quality and variety of the food were poor. Breakfast lacked variety, the cheese and olives were low quality, and even the simit was not fresh. The à la carte restaurant was closed. The lobby and restaurant were decorated with artificial flowers, and the common areas need renovation. The daily activity schedule was available only in Turkish, and pool and beach towels had to be collected from the spa on the sixth floor, which was inconvenient. The only positive point was that the rooms were well-maintained. The hotel’s photos also appeared to be mixed with those of neighboring hotels. Perhaps it was the end of the season, but if the hotel cannot provide the expected services, it should not continue selling packages as though everything is operating normally. Overall, this experience was far below the standard expected of a five-star hotel. We will not return.
