Absolutely fabulous hotel and staff excellent hotel We had a bereavement before we came and Jane the customer relations went out her way to get us ballon’s so we could do our own memorial on the beach. Every day she as checked in on us to make sure we are ok Ahmed the animation entertainer was amazing also came over to us every day had a chat with us. Rooms are perfect could not fault this hotel, this is our second visit and will be making it a third

Location was perfect next to the beach, very chilled atmosphere where staff couldn’t be more helpful, rooms were very clean and the cleaner on floor 3 was very friendly and polite had multiple conversations with her, the service from Jane behind reception was amazing she couldn’t do anymore for us having recently lost a loved one she went out of her way before starting shift to help buy something very special to the whole family. Noise level was very chilled and nothing to loud

Hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. The cleaners do an amazing job and make it that extra special. Food was incredible with multiple options. With snack bars, patisseries, main eating hall, burger shacks and the bars! Staff were incredible, always offering you more drinks when empty, tables were always clean. Great value for the money especially with being all inclusive they really do make it worth it. Location is great only a couple minutes away from the market, pharmacies etc. includes gym and doctors too, and table tennis. Jane who is guest relations was so incredibly helpful and kind. A day before coming out my auntie passed away, and she sorted us with balloons and a lantern for a memorial for us to do. She was always there to help no matter what, it was lovely having her there. All in all a great hotel.
