Senza Sunset Beach Hotel

Terrible hotel, cockroaches in toilets staff rude and abusive hotel dated old and dirty. Food hygiene poor smell at bar area long ques for drinks and don't even get me started on having to give up at 6 am to reserve a sun bed and when you do have to pay for WiFi!!??? Worst holiday I have ever been on

Really nice hotel, a bit of a trek from Antalya airport just over 2 hours by private transfer. Staff nice and very friendly. Rooms clean and well maintained. Two lovely pools. A compact resort straight onto the beach. Don’t expect to find a deal of British company. Mostly German and Russian. Hence the only downside was the food. Not a deal ”Turkish “ about it Regardless had a lovely week here with my wife.

We have very fond memories of our trip. The food is good, but it could be better. Mami, who works at the Sisza shop, deserves special mention. He’s a really positive guy with incredible energy who provided us with tons of different activities. If you’re here, you should stop by his shop and check out the show. The staff is also very friendly, and the people are very helpful.

The hotel was absolutely terrible. The food selection was extremely limited, and I don’t even want to start talking about the cleanliness and housekeeping — because there simply wasn’t any proper cleaning. The bed sheets were not changed for the entire week. The towels were dirty, and the overall room cleaning was awful. After returning to our room following housekeeping, we found the bathroom floor mat thrown into the trash bin together with used toilet paper. Both the towels and bed linen had stains on them. As for the dishes, I honestly have no idea when they were last replaced — everything looked old, worn out, and heavily used. The only positive things about this hotel are the sea, the beautiful mountain views, and the absolutely incredible sunsets. Unfortunately, those things alone are not enough to make up for such a disappointing stay.

The hotel was okay overall, but unfortunately, the all-inclusive experience was very disappointing. The location is quite far from everything, so you basically need to take a taxi or have a car whenever you want to go anywhere. There are no shops, restaurants, or other facilities within walking distance. The food selection was very limited, and the all-inclusive concept was poor and only available during restricted hours. The snack bar was especially disappointing – basically just fries and dry hamburgers with very little variety. Another negative point is the Wi-Fi. If you want to use Wi-Fi, you have to pay extra, which I think is unreasonable for an all-inclusive hotel. The rooms are quite small and clearly worn down. The walls and bathrooms especially are in need of renovation and maintenance. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a short stay, but the location, food, limited all-inclusive service, extra charge for Wi-Fi, and condition of the rooms made the experience disappointing. I would definitely not choose to come back here with my family.
