Absolutely amazing hotel, excellent customer service, starting from reception to customer relations, chefs, cleaners and entertainment team. Beautiful rooms at Residence complex, all modern and new. Varied tasty food. Would gladly return and highly recommend!

Hotel Review: Seven Seas Hotel Life, Göynük / Kemer, Turkey. Stay Dates: October 29 – November 3, 2026. Rooms: 1514 & 1518 (Group of 6 guests). We recently stayed at the Seven Seas Hotel Life in Göynük, Kemer, for a family trip across rooms 1514 and 1518, and our experience was truly exceptional. What prompted me to write this review is the complete absence of pressure or harassment from the staff—unlike some other resorts I've visited where staff might hover. Here, everything was relaxed, respectful, and focused entirely on guest comfort. The hotel is beautiful, wonderful, and most importantly, exceptionally clean. While we did experience a slight issue with the room temperature coming from England—as the air conditioning system was operating, but not refreshing enough like a standard AC—the staff went above and beyond by promptly providing table fans that completely changed the room's atmosphere and made us comfortable. The staff deserve a 100% rating for their dedication and service. Please note that the individuals mentioned below are simply the ones whose names we managed to remember, which by no means implies that the rest of the team did not provide great service—everyone across the board was wonderful. Front Desk / Reception Team: İrfan and Milen (we believe her name is Milen)—they were always at the reception, welcoming guests with a continuous smile 24/7, tirelessly answering every question with everything they knew. Guest Relations (GR) Team: Evgenia—absolute brilliance and creativity, she followed up on every single detail and met all our needs. Daria—quiet, gentle, elegant, and incredibly hardworking. Adnan—highly professional and efficient, he coordinated a wonderful surprise for my wife's birthday, arranging everything secretly and smoothly. Housekeeping & Dining Team: Nergiz—wonderful housekeeping performance, she worked hard behind the scenes to keep rooms comfortable, and also assisted wonderfully with the birthday decorations. Awni—the luggage porter who was extremely helpful. Restaurants & Dining Staff: Italian Restaurant—special thanks to Ramazan and Rıdvan for their fantastic service. Main Restaurant—Ayşe, Madina, Baran, and Nihat, who provided splendid service. Bars & Snacks: Pool Waffle Station—a special mention to the wonderful veiled lady who makes delicious waffles with a continuous, warm smile. Indoor Lobby & Mirage Bar—excellent service from the indoor bar team, including Mirage. Kebab House Bar & Beach Bar—great atmosphere and hospitality, especially the lovely daytime tea served at the beach bar. Entertainment: Great team sports activities Khalad & his friends work very well to make guests happy. The hotel looks fresh and modern, especially the lobby which is really beautiful and has an interesting concept. Most areas are clean, tidy and well maintained. The pool areas also look nice. The service was a big disappointment. In many areas, especially the main restaurant, the staff seemed to pay very little attention to guests. They often avoided eye contact and didn’t really seem interested in helping. One of the old waiters, who was a bit short in height and often around during breakfast and throughout the day, was particularly unfriendly and rude. His attitude and unhappy expression did not make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, this affected our overall experience quite a lot. The food was average, with quite limited choice and not much variety. The best part was definitely the dessert section, which had many of nice options. At the beach finding a sunbed was difficult. You need to come very early to get a place. The same situation applies to the pool areas. Many sunbeds are occupied with towels, and the staff don’t seem to do much about it. There is no real control over the situation. A big thanks to the entertainment team! They were very active, friendly and always involved with the guests. You could really see their effort, and they definitely made a positive difference. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable enough for us. Overall, the hotel has some potential. It is clean and has beautiful facilities. However, good facilities are not enough if the service is missing. The staff’s attitude and lack of attention to guests really need improvement. With better service, this hotel could offer a much better holiday experience.

I went to this hotel earlier this year and honestly i thought it was very good. We got an amazing price as it was a very last minute deal - sad to see that the prices are now double but i am not surprised! The spa staff were particularly good. My wife helped to get one of the girls a job here as she couldn’t get a pedicure. My wife went to a nearby place and Maya was very good. My wife told the spa staff and a couple of weeks later she started working at the hotel! She is very happy there too! We will come back one day!

Never leave reviews but felt i had to this time. Overall experience disappointing after reading good reviews. Outdoor and indoor pools too cold and heating not turned on (in october) despite repeated requests from quite a few guests. Food often cold and although lots of serving stations it felt there was a lack of choice. Staff overall friendly and good. Beach setup is good Rooms quite tired and need updating, although cleaner did their best. We were 2 couples looking forward to a holiday and it was disappointing. Would not return unfortunately
