Seven Seas Hotel Life

Never leave reviews but felt i had to this time. Overall experience disappointing after reading good reviews. Outdoor and indoor pools too cold and heating not turned on (in october) despite repeated requests from quite a few guests. Food often cold and although lots of serving stations it felt there was a lack of choice. Staff overall friendly and good. Beach setup is good Rooms quite tired and need updating, although cleaner did their best. We were 2 couples looking forward to a holiday and it was disappointing. Would not return unfortunately

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff is very helpful and positive, the hotel is clean, maintained in a very good condition. You should be aware, that the territory is quite compact but very green. I would say it is more family resort for children, rather than couples. Food is delicious , but compared to other hotels in Turkey, I stayed in, there is less variety , though you still have quite a choice. Area for improvement: Issue with hot water on high floors, it becomes colder during the shower. Other than that everything was perfect.

Thank We had really good holiday

We enjoyed our holiday until the very last day, and I wanted to leave only positive feedback because everything had been wonderful. The staff were very polite, attentive, and always tried to help in any situation. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, the waiters, reception staff, and everyone else were very friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned well. However, on the last day, when our holiday was coming to an end, I noticed that my headphones had gone missing from my room. Unfortunately, the staff were unable to help me with this matter, and nothing was resolved, which was very upsetting. So please be careful and keep an eye on your belongings.

If you don't mind the high percentage of humidity in the air, then this is the place for you. As far as I'm concerned, all the services and luxuries were great, but it was really hard to breathe when you're drenched in sweat all the time. I am surprised that the bars on the beach and by the pool do not have large fans to make the stay easier and then I would even think about going back there. The best part of the day was the early morning swim, it made it easier to bear the hot and humid day ahead. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pools are very clean, the food is varied. Every shopkeeper in the nearby street knows better English than most of the hotel staff, that's a big disadvantage. They know the basics and misunderstandings are possible.
