Sunmelia Beach Resort

This is the worst hotel we try. It’s not clean, rooms not clean, pools not clean. The food is not good an all. The staff have no service, they dont cars about you. When you complain nothing happens. Waste of your time and money.

The hotel is nice and people friendly, the only thing I didn't like was the room cleaning. It was cleaned just once as I complained at the reception desk. Then we had to throw the rubbish away by ourselves, and I cleaned the room by myself. I was shocked by the fact that the maids knocked on the door at three o' clock in the afternoon while we were having a rest. The beach and the sunbeds were dirty, too.

I want to share my experience for your resort. swimming pool 1.4 meters 3*; Food same every day , not bad ,not good 3* ; Aqua park old ..3*; Gym very, very bad ,small and no basic equipment for workouts 1*; The beach was very good 5* , And the best thing was activites in the pool by BOZO boys, 10*

I was with my family and none came to clean the room the first 2 days!!!The third day after I call 2 time to the lobby and after I spoke with them one time someone came!!Thr fridge was empty they come in 1 week one time to fill it!!don’t come every day to fill it!! They come to clean the room at 2 or 5 a clock when my baby was sleeping and when I said to come back earlier or later they didn’t come back at all !!Before we leave they came and fill the fridge with juice for the baby till then we never seen this !!The sea it’s deep from the start and full of stone !!The meniu repeat every day the same!!

Small rooms, first generations of tvs. 3 elevators none of them is working. If you stay at 7th floor like us, you doing cardio everyday, multiple times
