We had the most amazing family holiday Our little boy loved it The only down side was the kids club, the soft play was broken, it wasn’t exactly “soft” there was metal poles and hard surfaces everywhere, broken nets, photo attached with string just hanging down for kids to catch their necks with! It needs some TLC and a refresh majorly! Other than that, brilliant stay. We will return again

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and we loved the hotel!! There was 14 of us from age 6-70 and everyone of us loved it!! The kids club was out of this world and like nothing we have seen before it’s like it’s own little world in yet and the kids loved being able to visit their own restaurant!! There is a soft play, cinema, Lego room, PS5 room plus different activities every day such as slime making and squishy making. The staff were so good with the kids and a massive shout out to Nisa and Barat who our children loved and were so lovely to them and work so hard!! The pools were all great but we loved the Olympic pool best and that’s where we spent most days but did try all the other pools the kids loved the slides and the freezing indoor pool which was lovely to cool down. We used the gym which was so well equipped with everything you could need, we played paddle, done gym classes and kids played football. Arcade, pool tables and bowling were a favourite and nice to play of an afternoon / evening to get out the sun. We went august which as you would expect to be busy and we did get up early to get beds but there did always seem to be spares. The buffet was busy at times but didn’t ever seem to wait long and always managed to get a table. We ate in three al a carte restaurants which were the steak, Greek and Asian they were all so good and the Greek night is so much fun with dancing and plate smashing and beautiful food and so much of it!!! The Asian also great with lots of starters sushi and just great main courses and the steak so nice (one of our party did not like the steak they ordered and they let them choose something else) Lunch options Italian restaurant and greek restaurant with wraps salads etc for a change Fruit, ice cream and waffle stalls open every day from 12 and jacket potato stall open late afternoon every day The restaurant that opens at 11pm is a lovely touch and always had people in especially if you’d had an early dinner. We took a boat ride right on the beach to the waterfalls and caves which was brilliant and I highly recommend. Big shout out to Benjamin who works in the bars and always remembered our orders and was so friendly!! Also big shout out to Resul on the entertainment team so funny and remembers everyone and talks to everyone so good at his job and getting people to join in. The shows were great and we watched some in the kids club and amphitheatre plus the music/DJs were great. White party and black party so much fun with wonderful firework displays!!! Titanic family party great with loads of bouncy castles games and music near the beach. Also great party on the pier with DJ lights and decorations. We honestly loved this hotel and will defiantly be back!!! Just a couple of comments for improvement buffet served the same food nearly every lunch dinner would have been nice to have maybe themed night like I’ve had in other all inclusive hotels Also have to pay for every al a carte which we have never had to do before normally get to use them once per stay The rooms storage are too small one tiny wardrobe and chest of draws nowhere near enough room for 3 people The floors around the pool so slippy and saw people fall over on a daily basis so maybe some matts need to be added to stop accidents These are just small points and would not stop us returning Thank you so much Titanic deluxe for a holiday we will never forget

Just arrived home from a week here with large family (3 bookings). Positives - Food is decent and probably better than majority of 5 star hotels I’ve been to in Türkiye. - Very good kids facilities and safety of kids was highly monitored. So many activities for kids of all ages including a little restaurant that was open for midday until 6pm - Entertainment was very good most nights and the amphitheater was a great place to sit and watch - Guest relations desk helped us out a few times and can’t speak highly enough of them. Negatives - No welcome pack, only a WhatsApp link to for info (some might not like that) - Small Inflatable from last guest still left in the room, I don’t think the room was cleaned properly - Rooms seem a little dated, basic finishing for a 5 star hotel - Rooms around 1170 have a view of the glass canopy and hotel entrance, really bad, dark and dingy - very tatty balcony chairs - Small lifts not ideal with a child pushchair, bad for busy times. We had to use staff service lifts most of the time - Staff service was hit and miss - Beds were not the most comfortable. Was changed rooms so tried 5 mattresses and all were bad. Sofa bed was terrible. Bed sheets not clean and had holes in - Late night à la carte food, burger bread was hard and stale, hot dog bread was so hard Conclusion For the price and what I was told / recommended about this place, I was a little underwhelmed with the whole package. Titanic has some great positives such as entertainment, kids club and decent facilities but the hotel seems to be showing its age a little compared to other 5 star hotels close by. If you have kids then this is a great option for families. I won’t return purely because for the price I paid, I would have expected a little more quality as some elements are severely lacking 5 star expectations.
