Trendy Palm Beach

This hotel was in a beautiful beach front location and had a very welcoming vibe. The staff were absolutely amazing; always smiling, polite, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure guests were having the best time. Although they were all brilliant, there were a few that really stood out: Burhan the friendliest receptionist ever, Omer, Abdullah and Ismet who were the smiliest and happiest servers. The hotel was immaculately clean with everywhere from the paths to the rooms being constantly attended to. The food in the main restaurant was better than most AI hotels we have been to, with a wide and varied choice of food from various cultures. The à la carte restaurants were of a very high standard. The presentation and quality of the food were excellent. The hotel grounds were smaller than we have experienced before but the size and cleanliness of the beach more than made up for it. It was only a 50-60 minute walk along the beach and coastal path to the old town in Side which was stunning. If I had to nit-pick, which isn't a deal-breaker, is that the pools were smaller than expected but I went down to the ocean to swim. The water was very clear and a beautiful blue - great way to cool down. We did have a conversation with Dr Melik, the General Manager, who was an equally happy and friendly person. He obviously leads by example, resulting in the best customer-focussed staff that we have encountered in our many trips abroad. This hotel and staff exceeded our expectations and was excellent value for money.

Our stay at Trendy Palm Beach in Side was nothing short of extraordinary. Although our trip started with travel delays and bad weather, the hotel team quickly turned everything around. The atmosphere, amenities, and standard of service are truly world-class. My wife, who has traveled to dozens of countries, felt completely at home here. While every single staff member—from housekeeping to the bar and restaurant teams—deserves highest praise for their dedication, two individuals truly made our holiday unforgettable: Murat and Burak. Their hard work, professionalism, and genuine care for guests represent the absolute best hospitality standard. Management should be incredibly proud to have Murat and Burak on their team—they truly deserve special recognition (and a well-earned bonus!). Thank you for making this one of the best vacations of our lives. 5/5 stars! Greetings from Poland Chief !
