TUI BLUE Palm Garden

My fiancé and I had a perfect holiday here - so lucky to get engaged at this beautiful hotel! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating in all departments. The food was delicious, I have coeliac disease so require gluten free and not have any issues what so ever! I was given a WhatsApp number to contact the guest relations team upon arrival, I have included a screenshot of message I received regarding gluten free food. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool/ sea and lots of activities/ fitness classes to attend. It was lovely to see the hotel provide fresh food, water and scratching post for the cats living on the grounds. We also felt safe with security at the front of the hotel.

Everything was perfect throughout our holiday. The food was very delicious, with a great variety of options. We also tried the à la carte restaurant one night, and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend trying the Levante à la carte restaurant. The rooms and all the common areas were always very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone works very hard and genuinely tries to make the guests happy all the time. The General Manager, Mr. Ozan, was also very kind and attentive. He regularly asked guests about their experience and made sure everything was going well. The only negative point for us was the alcohol selection. Some cocktails are not included in the all-inclusive concept, and I think the hotel should reconsider this policy. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and a great experience. Just on the way to the airport after another fabulous stay, was my 6th but first time for daughter and granddaughters. Was still perfect in every way. Fabulous food again, never needed a family room before but it was great for the 4 of us. Everywhere is so clean, the staff all work so hard to make your stay a pleasure. Special thanks to the fitness lady that did aria aerobics and bungee fitness, she is a ray of sunshine. Seasons travel for transfer I thoroughly recommend and the green canyon jeep tour we did with them. I hope to return again, it is the only hotel I repeat.

As a family of 9 ( including 3 teenagers) we went to this hotel to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday. We had a fantastic time, the hotel is beautiful set in lovely gardens and everywhere is kept so clean. The food in all restaurants is superb and as for the staff they are all brilliant nothing is too much trouble for them. There are lots of activities throughout the days for all ages. A truly unforgettable stay 🤍 Our holiday at TUI BLUE Palm Garden was so much more than just beautiful beaches, warm sunshine and a wonderful hotel. It was about the people, the atmosphere and the emotions that we will take home with us. Everything here felt so warm, welcoming and genuine. From the very first days, we felt not like ordinary guests, but like part of a big, caring family. Every smile, every kind word and every little detail made this holiday truly special. And there is one person I especially want to thank — Feride, our Turkish teacher. ❤️ What began as Turkish lessons quickly became something much more meaningful. Feride became a close and dear friend, a person we felt connected to with all our hearts. Her warmth, kindness, wisdom and incredible personality touched us deeply. Through her, I discovered Turkey not only as a beautiful country, but also its people — their hospitality, kindness, sincerity and huge hearts. Feride made me fall even more in love with Turkish culture and the Turkish people. Some people come into our lives only for a short time, but somehow leave a very special place in our hearts.
