TUI BLUE Side

5 Things to know: 1) Location : ideal location for our summer holiday - hotel is situated adjacent to a beautiful sandy beach. For some holiday shopping the local town ‘Evrenseki’ is a 5 minute stroll away. Side with its fantastic old town is just a 15 minute taxi away. 5* 2) Staff and service: we have been to many 5* All inc hotels in Turkey before and always had good service. This hotel however stands out as the best we have experienced- impressively not just from one or two members of staff you get to know over your holiday - but genuinely from EVERYONE we came across, from the cleaners to the bar staff, the waiters in the main restaurant, the management team who were both overseeing and helping out where needed - we were super impressed - thank you to team TUI BLUE Side for making our holiday something special. We will definitely go to another TUI Blue hotel! 3) Quality : It was our first adults only all inc experience with the kids now older and doing their own things. The quality here just seemed a notch higher than our other very good experiences. The sun beds by the pool, the towels provided, and the service received were all great - thank you. 4) Food and the dining experience: This can often be a little disappointing and feel like a cattle market in other hotels as you are rushed in - find a table - find food eat and go quickly as others are waiting. It felt very different here. Firstly my wife has a gluten allergy but the labelling of food here made that much easier than some other places we had been to. The main restaurant offered a wide and changing variety of food, it was so good we did not even use the a ‘la carte restaurants even though we had a 2 week stay. The best thing however was we did not feel rushed and could enjoy our meals and have a conversation after without feeling like we wanted or needed to leave. This may sound small but made a huge difference to our holiday. 5) The vibe is VERY subdued: If you are looking for a real chill out break, with great service , a super location - this place is perfect. If you would like a little more life in the resort - maybe an alternative would suit you. The Entertainment team is understated , will not come around and remind or encourage you to join in activities but there is plenty going on for those who want us and the TUI blue app is great to keep you updated. Finally a couple of small comments that would have been further improvements. Whilst there are parasols around the pool more permanent shaded areas would have been great particularly as some of the areas most likely for shade were reserved for disabled guests. Secondly the background music at the pool bar could have been extended with a further speaker either in the direction of the hotel or towards the beach - this would have provided a little more daytime ambiance. These are tiny things we had a great holiday , and hope others going soon have a similar experience.

Had a fantastic week at the TUI blue with our close friends. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Food was excellent, and also a lovely coffee shop serving cakes and snacks. The hotel is kept constantly clean too, and the beach bar is excellent as it’s open til 2am. Linda the dog was also and added bonus as she brought a smile to our faces every time we saw her 😊. Well done to everybody 👏👏👏

We have just spent a week at Tui Blue Side. It’s a wonderful hotel. Very relaxing with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The food is amazing, so much choice. Also there is a coffee shop during the day serving delicious cakes and snacks. There is a lot of attention to detail at the hotel all designed with making your holiday as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I would definitely return. As a British person we are definitely in the minority here but that did not bother us as everyone appeared very friendly and the staff spoke English when we needed them to. Thank you to all the staff.
