Turquoise Hotel

Just returned from our second visit and already booked to return next September, ticks lots of boxes for us , good food , a good variety of drinks , good entertainment and good service from most of the staff , one thing we find strange is the TV on the wall in the room , initially you think oh great a nice big TV . But when you turn it on the actual picture is only half the size of the screen , we did ask the maintenance man to check it and he said that was how it's supposed to be , hopefully they will upgrade the T Vs soon , see you next year Turquoise 🌞🇹🇷🌞.

The hotel is clean and beautifully located among a lovely pine forest. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which definitely deserves praise. However, I am taking two stars off for two major issues: 1. Very poor vegetarian food selection. I paid a significant amount for my stay and unfortunately had a real problem finding suitable food. On some days, the only hot vegetarian option available to me was plain boiled rice. This is simply not good enough for a hotel of this standard and at this price. There is also practically no choice for vegans. I am not expecting a huge variety, but there should at least be a few proper, nutritious vegetarian and vegan options available every day. 2. No proper smoking/non-smoking areas. There are no designated areas for smokers and non-smokers, and smoking is allowed practically everywhere, including areas where people are eating. Even after raising this issue with the staff, nothing was done. It was extremely unpleasant to have people smoking right next to us while we were having meals, or trying to enjoy any of the evening shows. Overall, the hotel itself is clean, pleasant and set in beautiful surroundings, and the staff are lovely. However, the poor food options for vegetarians and vegans and the complete lack of consideration for non-smokers seriously affected our experience.

We are currently staying at Turquoise Resort Hotel & Spa in Sorgun, Manavgat, and I would like to leave a special review for one of the lifeguards, Emrah. My friend accidentally injured her leg on a hook that was in the sea near the pier. We immediately asked Emrah for help, and within just 10 minutes he came to us, checked the area carefully, and showed us that everything had been cleaned and was safe for swimming again. Emrah is such a kind and pleasant young man. He handled the situation calmly, quickly, and very professionally. You can truly see that he takes his job seriously and does it with great care. We are extremely grateful to him for his help and attention. People like Emrah make a holiday feel safer, more comfortable, and truly special. Thank you so much, Emrah, for your wonderful work! ❤️

Just returned from a week at the Turquoise hotel. We booked last minute so I didn't have time to do great deal of research. The hotel is amazing in every way. Great food, amazing staff and good location Would def recommend! I've been on many all-inclusive holidays in Turkey over the years and this compares very favourably. We did go into Side and Manavgat (€1.50 on the Dolmus right outside the hotel. Bus Non11 for Side and No 2 for Manavgat. Side is interesting for the historic ruins. Manavgat - only bother if you're shopping for fake designer brand otherwise not worth the bother.
