Nice hotel , Mohammed the restaurant manager very friendly and helpful

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The food was the best I have ever had at any hotel and was held to a very high standard. It was always tasty, varied, and I genuinely looked forward to every single meal. The puddings were beautifully presented in imaginative ways—some were true works of art! What also really made this holiday special was the staff; they are all hardworking, efficient, and work brilliantly as a team. The restaurant/bar manager was an absolute gem—he always went out of his way to look after me and made me feel like a valued guest. The early morning manager, bar staff, waiters, and cleaners were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The reception team was also fantastic and helped organize taxis for me due to my limited mobility (it cost 600 Lira to get to the local shops and harbour). The property is modern and exceptionally clean. The housekeeping team cleaned and provided fresh towels every day, and the bed was comfortable. As a guest with mobility problems, I found the small pool area accessible. I was able to sit on the low pool wall and dangle my legs in. The small pool was not deep, which is great for people who are not confident swimmers. The sun loungers were modern and comfortable, and free pool towels were available from the spa. The hotel cat brought a smile to my face and to other guests too throughout my stay. As a solo traveller, I felt safe in Side. There was a warm, friendly welcome from the people in this area of Turkey. I also want to extend a big thank you to my fellow guests who kindly helped me in many ways—bringing me drinks, arranging my sun lounger, etc. Thank you all for a truly wonderful stay!

My Husband and I stayed here from the 17th-24th September and really enjoyed our stay. The best bits : Room was lovely Brilliant air-con Comfy beds Nice and quiet Everywhere was kept clean Swimming pool was amazing Fresh pool towels everyday, no problem getting sunbeds Thank you to all the restaurant staff and bar staff, you were all so friendly and worked extremely hard. A special message to the chef, the Snickers cake was awesome but we only saw it once, would definitely recommend trying this. The outside seating area was lovely, especially at meal times. All Inclusive drinks package could be improved. We did spend the day at Simus Beach, but thought is was overcrowded and not ideal being unable to take a bottle of water!! We would definitely recommend going to Side Old Town, 30 minute walk and Roman ruins along the way, although the Ampitheatre was closed due to rennovations. Our only negative opinion would be that the Hotel is not situated in a nice area, lots of rubbish around and almost derelict. We would return - thanks again to the restaurant and bar staff.

Loved our stay here. We had a deluxe swim up room which was amazing, only downside was lack of privacy as it faced on to the main walkway and pool area. Also we only got the sun on our balcony for a few hours in the day, which lets down the deluxe room and felt this could have been considered when the hotel was built. The staff were great, the food was amazing. As a couple from the UK we personally don’t go abroad to eat “English food”. The choice of food was great and it was all super tasty. Lots of Turkish cuisine to try. We would come back in a heartbeat, but would probably choose a swim up at the back of the hotel, with more privacy. Something to consider if you’re booking a swim up room.

My experience at this hotel was amazing, exceptionally clean, the staff are all amazing especially Mohammed who runs the bar and catering, he couldn't do enough for us, I would recommend to everyone
