Hapimag Sea Garden Bodrum

This resort is set in a beautiful bay with crystal-clear water, and its architecture blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. What made our stay truly special was the people. The entire team was professional, hardworking, and always welcoming. A special thank you to the shuttle drivers, Cemalettin, Güler and Ayaz, for their kindness. We also sincerely thank Eylem, Eylül, Cihan, Gazali, and Gülizar for their excellent service in the restaurant. Their friendly attitude and attention made every meal enjoyable. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Restaurant Manager, Burak, and Ass. Restaurant Manager, Çağrı, for their outstanding leadership and for creating such a professional and guest-focused team. The combination of the stunning location and the genuine hospitality made this a memorable holiday. We would be happy to return and would gladly recommend this resort to others.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay here as a large family group. The all-inclusive concept was excellent; I never had to think about food or drinks throughout the trip. The food was delicious, and there were so many options that it was often difficult to decide what to choose. The location and beach were beautiful. There were plenty of sunbeds and areas where I could either relax with a book or simply enjoy the sun. The sea was perfect for swimming. When I wanted a break from the beach, I enjoyed spending time in the Mini Bodrum area, where we watched World Cup matches on the big screen, did some shopping, and participated in a family quiz night. Our room was very comfortable with a perfect view of the sea, and I slept extremely well throughout the stay. The only reason I am taking off a point for cleanliness is that the sheets were not changed despite my leaving the sign requesting it. There was also a stain on the sheets, although they had clearly been washed. Other than that, the room was clean and well maintained. I would also like to highlight some of the activities and staff members who made the stay even more enjoyable. I took an aqua pilates session with Ms. Dilal at the wellness center and was pleasantly surprised. The session was fun, personalized, and more challenging than I expected. Since it was scheduled individually, it felt like having a private training session, and I felt great afterwards. I also had a massage with Ms. Kübra, which was very relaxing. In addition, the water sports were a real highlight. We especially enjoyed canoeing as a family. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I would gladly return in the future.

Follows classic Hapimag model, miles from anything, outrageously expensive, sterile, soulless. Absolutely not disabled friendly, restaurants closed because occupancy low, and to cap it all added items to our bill. Others may have a different view, but I really struggled to find a positive.

The hotel resort was wonderful, the food was excellent, and the sea was beautiful. We were also very impressed with the shuttle service, which was reliable and well organized. I would especially like to thank EYLEM. She was always there during lunch and dinner, and she was consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She often checked in to make sure everything was okay and asked how we were doing, which made us feel very well looked after. Another thing that stood out was that she spoke English, which only a few of the staff members were able to do. This made communication much easier and enhanced our overall experience.
