Hapimag Sea Garden Bodrum

Great service, pleasant staff, surprisingly good food and tasty cocktails. We have tried Aegean sea bream and ribeye steak, and baked feta for starters. The fish was fresh and ribeye was “well done”. The view is great as well, especially during sunset. Also, we were short on time, and they made sure that we got our meal quickly. Thank you 😊

Our stay was excellent. We relaxed for two days in a quiet cove, and the food and drinks met our expectations. The only thing is that the check-in time should be moved a bit earlier.

Our stay at Hapimag Sea Garden Resort was exceptional. The beautiful nature, crystal-clear sea, clean facilities, delicious food and excellent organization made our holiday unforgettable. The entire staff was friendly, professional and helpful, especially the manager Çağrı, the head chef, kitchen team, waiters, housekeeping and maintenance staff. They paid special attention to our children and dietary needs, making us feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. A special thank-you also goes to the wonderful Kids’ Club team. All the caregivers were extremely kind, attentive and careful with the children, making us feel completely comfortable leaving our daughter in their care. Esra deserves special recognition—she was exceptionally caring, warm and attentive, and treated the children with genuine affection and patience. Our daughter felt safe, happy and very comfortable with her. A wonderful family resort that we highly recommend. We would gladly return—10/10!

The sports facilities have become extremely outdated, and the condition of the playing surfaces is very poor. They pose a very serious risk to members’ health and safety. The basketball hoops are of poor quality, and the rims are visibly bent and uneven. For years, we have repeatedly asked for the squash court to be replaced with a proper glass basketball court (“Glass Pota”), yet nobody seems to take these requests seriously. We are listened to as if our concerns matter, but every year the management simply continues doing things its own way. It is particularly disappointing that Hapimag Switzerland appears to remain a passive observer of the management’s negligence and indifference, simply because Hapimag Sea Garden is a profitable resort. Unfortunately, the reception service has also never really recovered since Mr. Hüseyin left. There is an attitude of being “more royal than the king” rather than genuinely focusing on members’ needs and satisfaction. The knives in the rooms are so dull that they are practically unusable. The quality of the equipment and materials provided at the resort is extremely poor. I have never seen such low-quality machinery and equipment at any other Hapimag resort. At other Hapimag properties, clear and consistent standards have been established and maintained. In Bodrum, however, the quality seems to be declining every year. The only positive development I can mention compared with previous years is the QR-code-based service system in the DECK area. Another issue that is completely unacceptable is the cutting of trees. In some countries, an action of this nature could even lead to an official investigation. Would the authorities in Switzerland allow such extensive destruction of trees and vegetation? What has been done here cannot reasonably be described as pruning. It appears to be the removal of trees and vegetation simply to open up the view. This is environmental destruction, not necessary landscaping. The sun loungers are also apparently not being cleaned or disinfected properly. When we ask why this is not being done, we are told that there are staffing shortages. This raises a very serious question: Hapimag Sea Garden is one of the most profitable properties in the Hapimag portfolio, according to your financial results, yet the resort claims to have a shortage of staff. How can these two things be reconciled? I have been a Hapimag member since 1994. Over the years, I have directly and indirectly introduced many new members to the system, and I have always been one of its strongest supporters and advocates. Precisely because of this long-standing commitment to Hapimag, I find the current situation at Sea Garden particularly disappointing. The quality of operation and management has fallen to a level that, in my opinion, is simply not worthy of the Hapimag name or the standards that the Hapimag system is supposed to represent. I sincerely hope that Hapimag Switzerland will no longer remain a passive observer and will take these issues seriously, investigate them properly, and take concrete action to restore Sea Garden Bodrum to the standards expected by its members.

We have stayed at this hotel before and were very pleased. We will try to go regularly every year. My wife and children were also very happy.
