Hapimag Sea Garden Bodrum

Follows classic Hapimag model, miles from anything, outrageously expensive, sterile, soulless. Absolutely not disabled friendly, restaurants closed because occupancy low, and to cap it all added items to our bill. Others may have a different view, but I really struggled to find a positive.

The hotel resort was wonderful, the food was excellent, and the sea was beautiful. We were also very impressed with the shuttle service, which was reliable and well organized. I would especially like to thank EYLEM. She was always there during lunch and dinner, and she was consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She often checked in to make sure everything was okay and asked how we were doing, which made us feel very well looked after. Another thing that stood out was that she spoke English, which only a few of the staff members were able to do. This made communication much easier and enhanced our overall experience.

One can enjoy and relax holiday, at comfortable and clean rooms, dedicated bay, pool, restaurants, friendly service team. Dinner open buffet cost a bit high -)

See it as an advice from a friend and SIMPLY AND SERIOUSLY DON’T GO thinking that it is a 5 star (even according to med resort class). At its best it could be only 3 and even a 3 star hotel would not come with such inferior mattress… Choice is yours obviously. The only highlight is the dedicated and very warm staff who always go above and beyond as well as the maintenance/cleaning team, though not sure for how long they could keep up their heroic stamina under such abysmal hotel management. I don’t normally leave posts on tripadvisor but I felt it as my duty to warn the other holiday makers to prevent them from writing off their precious summer holiday as well as wasting their hard earned cash. We would not never ever go there again…

Travelled with 7 yrs Boy and My family. Overall love the place but the Sleep was terrible and so I heartfully write my sincere review.
