The bar staff Oma he’s very rude he look me up and down made me feel so small . Looks at you differently when you order a strong drink like you can’t handle it? Even though you have already paid for it, all inclusive? And (he’s 21?!) Over all very good service, all the other bar staff very good especially Cem amazing service so polite so welcoming so friendly. Thank you💓(white jacket)

We chose this hotel last minute as it was relatively cheap, all inclusive and had a free shuttle bus to Oludeniz. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. It is 3 star best and quite tired. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel rooms and site are kept very clean. The entertainment was pretty good with something going on every night and the pools, while cold were lovely to swim in. Why we wouldn't go back to this hotel - It is in the middle of nowhere and while transport links are excellent (running every five mins and it costs 70TR to either Oludeniz, Hisoronu or Fehtiye) there is no where to walk to from this hotel as there aren't continuous pavements. The free shuttle bus only goes once in the morning, returning at about 5pm, so we didn't end up using this. The hotel promotes itself as having a spa - it does not. This is off site and you get driven to it. I felt this was expensive as the treatments felt rushed and they couldn't wait for us to get in and out - which wasn't the calming experience I was hoping for. Don't book this hotel if you don't like walking uphill. The hotel is set against a mountain and everything is uphill, which while this didn't bother, certainly bothered other guests. The hotel rooms were very clean, but dated and tired. Now for the biggest problem we had. My friend and I are vegan and there was NOTHING as a vegan option for any of the food, with the exception of salads and breads and battered cauliflower available. None of the food had adequate signs and several times I had to ask for assistance in requesting what the food actually was, which some staff could not help as they could not speak English well enough. There were no alternative dairy options either. This made the experience of all inclusive slightly miserable for us. It's a real shame about the negatives as the staff really made this hotel and the quiet pool was really lovely to relax and swim in.

We loved this quaint hotel. Set in a beautiful location , with two pools, a lively , family one ,and a quiet pool for relaxation . The hotel is built in the hills , so expect a steep slope if you choose the deluxe rooms at the quiet pool end. We did not expect the food to be as high quality as it was . Lots of fresh salads , always a delicious soup option, fruit, and a daily changing main course selection. If you prefer snacks type chips and pizza, and burgers , there is always that choice too . The wine is by the glass, at meal times , you can help yourself , and it is very good, far superior to a lot of AI we have stayed in . The staff are very helpful , and very efficient in the restaurant . Our room was very well maintained and clean .Reception staff were great too, we had a rail come down in the bathroom , and it was fixed within an hour . Extremely good value for money , fab food , and entertainment every night , some not to our personal taste , but there were good dancers , acrobats and an amazing trio of lady singers , with incredible voices.

We had a genuinely great time at The Hotel Greenland. We went through the full holiday cycle here — from a bit of initial homesickness and some rain on our second day (obviously neither of which the hotel can control 😂) to eventually not wanting to leave. What surprised us most was that, unlike many holidays we've been on, we came home feeling properly rested rather than already wishing we were back away again. There was a really warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel that became more noticeable the longer we stayed. It was a place where we quickly stopped feeling like anonymous guests and started feeling like we were part of something. A lot of that came from the staff, but it also seemed to spread between the guests themselves, and it made the whole nine nights feel incredibly easy and enjoyable. We stayed in a Standard Double Room with Land View. The room was certainly compact, but it was very well organised for its size and, once we'd got used to it, actually felt rather cosy. We got a great deal on the room, so we had absolutely no complaints. It had everything we needed: air conditioning, a fridge, balcony, and a smart digital Do Not Disturb/Clean My Room system. The bathroom was similarly compact. As a larger bloke I did find the corner shower a little challenging to get in and out of, and the bathroom door had an unfortunate habit of running over your toes if you opened it while sitting on the toilet! 😂 But these became things we simply adapted to rather than genuine problems. The room didn't have much of a view beyond the main path through the hotel, but again, for a value room we really didn't mind. It had that slightly dated but warm, homely feel you sometimes get with old Italian-style wooden rooms, which actually fitted the character of the hotel beautifully. The bed initially felt surprisingly firm and, if I'm honest, a little cheap. However, it ended up being really comfortable for both of us. Beds are obviously very personal, but we slept extremely well. It was a double bed and smaller than the one we have at home, yet somehow never really felt cramped. There was also a spare pillow in the cupboard and a safe available for an additional charge. The cleaning staff were lovely too, and were happy to sneak us a couple of extra bottles of water and toilet rolls when we needed them. We left them a decent tip at the end, which felt well deserved. The hotel was clean and well looked after. The pool and surrounding areas in particular felt really pleasant and being able to wander around barefoot without giving it a second thought was a lovely bonus. I was especially impressed given the proximity to the woods. The staff were one of the biggest highlights of our stay. The restaurant and waiting staff were incredibly efficient at clearing empty plates and cups, while the breakfast chefs became familiar faces as we progressed through the holiday. By the middle of the stay I was quite happily having little face-to-face, egg-changes with them! The bar staff were mostly young lads who were great fun, joined in with the banter, got involved with the evening entertainment and recommended different drinks to us. The entertainment team in particular deserve a huge mention. Hasan and Berkay were fantastic at getting people involved and bringing guests together. I'm very much an omnivert, but they somehow flipped the switch on my back and brought out my extrovert side. I ended up singing karaoke, dancing on the dancefloor and, on our final night, getting selected for the Mr Greenland competition — involving conga competitions, silly games and even stealing clothes from members of the audience! 😂 Sevgi, who works with the children's entertainment, was another lovely part of the experience. She regularly came over to check on us and ended up playing cards with my partner, me and whichever friends we'd made that evening more often than not. She really made us feel welcome and, in such a short space of time, genuinely became a friend. The food was also very good. We're not particularly fussy eaters, so we were always going to be easy to please, but there was a good variety of food every day and the selection changed regularly. There was everything from what I assume were local dishes through to very British chicken nuggets and chips. Breakfast had a surprisingly large amount of what I'd consider "dinner food", but I simply ignored that and constructed as much of a fry-up as possible! Obviously there was no bacon at breakfast, which is completely understandable given where we were staying, and the eggs and mushrooms more than made up for it. The drinks were generally very good too. The beer was Tuborg rather than the more usual Efes, but it was perfectly decent and certainly drinkable — I had enough of it! The all-inclusive cocktail menu was surprisingly extensive and we enjoyed plenty of those too. The one small thing we'd change would be the breakfast juice. It's much closer to squash than juice, which isn't unexpected at this price point, although cartons would have been preferable. There was one day where it seemed the concentrate had run particularly low, so the juice was a little weaker than usual, and the cocktails were affected by a temporary shortage of pineapple too. Thankfully everything was back to normal the following day, and it was such a minor blip that it certainly wouldn't put us off returning. The hotel itself is very nicely laid out, clean and modern enough, although be prepared for a big hill to reach the rooms! We were only in Building 3 of 6, so we got off relatively lightly. There's also a free shuttle to the beach at 10:30 each morning, returning at 16:30, which gives plenty of time to visit the beach, explore the town, use the cable cars or visit the lagoon. The location worked really well for us. The hotel is tucked away in the woods on the edge of town, so it feels green and peaceful without being inconveniently far from civilisation. There's even a Shell garage about five minutes away on foot, which is basically a UK petrol station transplanted into Turkey — with the notable exception of bacon...Yes I'm obsessed! One of the highlights of the holiday was the boat trip that Berkay recommended to us. We had an absolutely brilliant day: free food, reasonably priced drinks and five different stops at beautiful lagoons, bays and a cave where we could swim and take photographs. Even my partner, who needed convincing to go, said afterwards that she was glad we'd done it. And for cat lovers, there's another rather lovely bonus: cats are everywhere. They're confident enough to come over and say hello without being so intrusive that non-cat people should be put off. There's also a cat sanctuary nearby. As cat people ourselves, we absolutely loved this. I think the biggest compliment we can give The Hotel Greenland is that it felt homely. We felt so involved and welcome that, only a few days in, we genuinely felt like part of the family. We met other guests who had returned to the hotel multiple times, and it didn't take us long to understand why. The staff's interaction seemed to bring people out of their shells, which in turn created a really friendly atmosphere between the guests themselves. I'm probably more of a people person than I like to admit, but this hotel certainly brought out that side of me! The whole experience was just fun. We laughed a lot, met some genuinely lovely people, got involved in things we probably wouldn't normally have done, and felt comfortable enough to let ourselves be part of it all. That's something I know we haven't experienced to the same extent on previous holidays. The only thing we'd seriously do differently is stay longer. Thank you to everyone at The Hotel Greenland for making our stay as amazing as it was. We came for a holiday, but left feeling like we'd made friends — and that's probably the best review we can give.

After a very late arrival 01.30am and a few hiccups with the room allocation and having to be moved our holiday started the next morning. If you read other reveiws they say the rooms are dated,in my opinion it's the dark wood furniture ,they are clean, tidy and cleaned on a daily basis The hill to the top blocks can seem a bit daunting but plan your day and take everything you need for the day with you when you go to breakfast and leave it on your sunbed.Food was of a very high standard something for everyone. Staff were very hard working and friendly.special shout out to Burkey who organised darts,water polo and volleyball he made my 2 boys feel very included .All in all a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again
