I would happily give this hotel 5 stars all over again! I've honestly lost count of how many times we've visited, usually as a couple, but this time we came as a family group ranging in age from 16 to 84, and I can safely say everyone had a fantastic holiday! We requested rooms close together, if possible, and with four rooms to accommodate, we were absolutely delighted that they were either next door to each other or just a couple of doors away. It made such a difference, particularly knowing the younger and older members of the family were safely settled nearby. I've seen comments from people saying that the rooms in the main hotel are a little dated, but honestly, it's never something that has bothered us. They are cleaned daily to an exceptionally high standard and have absolutely everything you need. From the toiletries, spacious bathrooms and excellent showers to the drinks fridge, comfortable beds, safe, bathrobes and slippers, everything is taken care of. You really cannot fault them! The resort is quite spread out, so we didn't always know exactly where the teenage boys had disappeared to, but we never had any concerns knowing they were safe within the resort – and they certainly managed to keep themselves well fed! My mum is gluten-free, and we were really impressed with the choice available to her across all the restaurants. The à la carte restaurants deserve a special mention here, as the staff genuinely went out of their way to accommodate her dietary requirements, making sure she had lovely options and felt completely included. The service was fabulous, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. One little tip for anyone with dietary requirements: in the main buffet, some items are labelled as potentially containing gluten, but it's definitely worth checking with one of the chefs, as occasionally the labelling doesn't seem to make much sense (mashed potato and plain yoghurt, for example!). The chefs were always happy to help and clarify things. There was also plenty of choice when it came to evening drinks and entertainment. We particularly enjoyed the Rouge Bar, but with the Piano Bar, Beach Bar, Sunset Bar, Breeze and F Lounge, there really is something for everyone, whatever your preference. And, as always, the staff deserve a special mention. They are consistently fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. We recognise so many familiar faces, with some team members having been there for years, and it's lovely to see how others have grown in confidence over our visits. We've tried other Hilton resort hotels around Europe, but we always find ourselves comparing them to this one. Somehow, they never quite manage to match the high standards, consistency and attention to detail that we've come to expect here. That's a real credit to the team and a big part of why we keep coming back. Once again, we've made some wonderful memories, and the fact that the hotel caters so effortlessly for such a wide range of ages and needs just adds to what makes it so special. Another fantastic stay, another 5 stars, and we're already looking forward to coming back!

I think this is a great hotel for families and kids. They have so many kids facilities the capri kids club is amazing. I want to stay a massive thank you to the girls in the capri club - Ela, Nas and Izkim and let’s not forget Abdullah all amazing. They went above and beyond with the kids activities and being there for the kids. They weren’t there for the sake of it they actually made such nice relationships with the kids and I am so thankful to met such lovely people. Maybe I would have been reluctant to leave my kids here but I felt at ease because of these guys. I want to say a huge thank you. I think the kids club was the saving grace for me in the rain. If they weren’t here I would’ve gone crazy and would have been so upset but their happy spirits kept me and the kids going. They are a true asset to the team. Thank you! Asides from the kids club I think the rest of the hotel staff need some training. The guys in the vento bar are horrible, they kept purposely ignoring us and not acknowledging us. Even today we came 30 mins before the opening time as it was raining and we didn’t wanna get caught in heavy rain so we sat there and they just ignored us and as people started piling in. They started taking their orders and still ignored us and didn’t give us any menus. It’s a shame as the hotel is getting ready to close and winding down their service has really slipped and fallen too

This is a soulless hotel. We stayed with our two children at the end of October. The place is huge, but we felt lonely there. We found none of the warmth, kindness or care we wanted from a family holiday. Between meals, we couldn’t even find an apple for the children. Cakes, sweets and coffee were available, but no fresh fruit that we could find. All inclusive, yet getting a simple fresh snack was a problem. The main restaurant felt like a canteen. Plenty of food, but much of it was greasy and uninspiring. One adjoining area looked more like a restaurant, but it was so dark in the evenings that it wasn’t pleasant to eat there. The beach café was the exception: we enjoyed the food there. The outdoor pools were cold. Inside, there was only one heated pool and no separate indoor children’s pool. The indoor hammam we used was barely warm. In cold, wet weather, the indoor facilities were disappointing. Our children didn’t like the kids’ club and didn’t want to stay. They didn’t feel comfortable there. To us, it lacked the kindness and warmth a children’s club should have. All four of us became ill during our stay. Both children were vomiting, our daughter and my husband had temperatures, and I felt unwell too. Three days, 28–30 October, were ruined by illness. We told reception that our child was ill and asked how to contact a doctor if needed. We also called housekeeping twice during the night to clean up after our son had vomited. The poor weather was nobody’s fault. But the lack of comfort and atmosphere inside the hotel was a real disappointment. We came for a family break and spent it feeling isolated in a soulless place. We would not return.

Amazing staff beautiful hotel, food and drink fantastic highly recommended

Lovely week again for the 4th year running! We had a beautiful swim up room! So happy with that! Despite the weather the staff were amazing as always. Serkan from the spa. Speedy from the photobooth, April from every bar and Duygu needs to be back at the beach bar! Not to mention our usual friends! The only few negatives i would give is the attention to the golfers seems a bit much and they are not equipped for the weather here, needs more communication to your room/text messages as to what activities are on in the rain. Never the less we will be back next year!
