Jiva Beach Resort

We’ve been holidaying in Turkey for almost 2 decades and have stayed in so many different hotels. Yet, none of them have compared to Jiva Hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It surpassed expectations. The hotel staff, facilities, food, even quality of other guests were brilliant. They went above and beyond for all our needs, there was a variety of food (delicious food) everyday (not too salty nor too sweet), the rooms were brilliant, the staff helpful, and the experience was unforgettable. I’m sure this hotel will continue to flourish and we’ll be back each year. To simplify, it’s evident the hotel owner has travelled around the world and stayed in different hotels and has used most of the success stories and corrected the disaster stories and implemented what works for this hotel. (Either they have or hired the experienced people to advise them on this). And a massive thank you to all the staff for ensuring we had a splendid holiday and a heartfelt thank you to their guest relations teams for making this an unforgettable holiday for my kid. Thank you.

First time in Fethiye and so lucky we chose Jiva Beach Resort for our family autumn vacation! The hotel impressed us from the first step : we wanted some cosy, warm place to stay at and we got it ) Impression wouldn’t be full had we not have a chance to meet Samira at the reception - she is one of the triangle’s corners we loved this place so much! Thanks to her mothercare attitude and extreme professional attitude to our request and needs - I really would like to thank you on behalf of all our family members, so truly we are impressed by your support! Second corner is the food : just what we like , solid menu for all tastes, peculiar attitude to details , delicious desserts and memorable theme nights! The last but not the least - service : excellent to my experience! Next time to Turkey - only to Jiva!

This was our first time staying at Jiva Beach Resort, although we booked the holiday with my parents, who were returning to Jiva for their 9th time. After experiencing the resort for ourselves, I can completely understand why they keep coming back. We have stayed at plenty of resorts over the years, but Jiva genuinely stands out as somewhere special. The level of service from the staff was absolutely exceptional — everyone was so attentive, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. I honestly don't think I have ever experienced this level of service at a holiday resort before. The food selection was absolutely huge. It can be a little samey if you're staying for a longer period, but the sheer amount of choice is incredible. I'm quite a fussy eater and I never struggled to find something I wanted to eat. If you do somehow manage to find nothing at the main buffet, there are also several other snack bars serving food throughout the day, so you're never really stuck for something to eat. The quality of the food was also consistently very good. A special shout-out has to go to both Tayfuns. Tayfun in the restaurant was fantastic and always made sure we were looked after, and Tayfun who works around the smaller pool and in the Lukka Lounge in the evenings was equally brilliant. Both of them really went above and beyond and are a credit to Jiva. The entertainment was another huge surprise. We've stayed in plenty of all-inclusive resorts where the entertainment is what you'd expect, but the shows and live performances at Jiva were more like proper gigs. The quality was genuinely outstanding and easily some of the best resort entertainment we've experienced. The drinks were also excellent. There was a great selection of branded drinks rather than the usual cheap local alternatives you sometimes get at all-inclusive resorts. What's particularly impressive is that if they have the ingredients, they'll make pretty much whatever drink you ask for. Again, the staff were always happy to help. The whole resort is incredibly well thought out, with so many different places to eat, drink and relax that it never felt like we were simply staying at a standard all-inclusive hotel. What really makes Jiva, though, is the people. The staff are what make this place so memorable. You can have a beautiful resort, great food and fantastic facilities, but it's the service that makes you want to come back — and Jiva absolutely gets that right. This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. I now understand exactly why my parents have been back nine times, and why there are so many repeat guests at Jiva. Once you've experienced it, you can see why people keep returning year after year. We genuinely didn't want to leave and will definitely be coming back. Had visited the hotel in May 2026 and decided to come in Sept Allocated a room looking straight over the Pool bar/ pool - reasonably compact and comfortable with a lovely east/ south facing balcony - housekeeping ladies are fabulous Plenty of bars and restaurants available and excellent entertainment shows throughout the week Staff are very courteous, kind and helpful in all areas of the resort and some do more than others to develop relationships during your stay Large pool, water slide pool, 2 pool bar pools and of course the beach Beach bar is well staffed with its own restaurant caravans / food is great choice and delivered quickly Main restaurant is very large with very wide variety of foods including a bbq grill area / can be noisy at times depending if very young children close by We only visited the Paprika Alacarte restaurant and found the service and food to be excellent - had a visit from the chef to feedback Points of note :- suggestion Maybe a young families Only section in the Main restaurant as some babies screaming can spoil the ambience Beach Toilet block currently has 2 toilets for ladies and 1 for Men There requires to be 2 Men’s Urinals to be installed as an immediate first The toilet block requires work as some entertainment shows have very large numbers of people and nearest toilets are at reception some 150 yards away Otherwise there is no other issues at the resort as there is a very active Guest relations team We had a brilliant stay and met so many new friends that we shall return to the resort next year to see some very lovely staff members who treat you so so well Staff of note - Muchahit at the beach restaurant bar Alperen at the Paprika Batuhan at the beach bar Thank you so much to all the staff and keep up the great work - it is such a treat to be so relaxed on holiday.
