TUI BLUE Seno

My husband and I, with our 28-year-old daughter, stayed here for a week in October and we agreed it was the loveliest holiday we've had for many years. The location is incredible: the resort tumbles down a steep cliff, meaning that all the facilities are on different levels and all bedrooms have a view of the stunning bay. You have a choice of several pools and the beach, and plenty of sunloungers at each spot. All the pools (excluding the Secret Garden) have a bar and a towel exchange, and each one has toilets nearby. A shuttle bus runs up and down the hill from early morning until midnight so, if you don't fancy the cardio of walking, you'll get a lift within a couple of minutes of arriving at the bus stop. Speaking of cardio, the gym is large and well-equipped, and sits next to the big indoor pool, and the Turkish Bath, hairdresser and spa area. We love a buffet and were delighted with the range and quality of food. On an "all-inclusive" basis you have free choice of wines and prosecco, plus most cocktails; only champagne and more exotic cocktails needed a top-up payment. We didn't try the a la carte restaurants but I'm sure they were great too. Every evening there's a show at the Starlight Bar and live music or a quiz at the main bar. We enjoyed a couple of the shows but the issue is that there's no stage - the performers are at the same height as the audience so several times we couldn't see anything apart from the tops of their heads! The suites are spacious and well equipped. I was very happy to find soft, warm lighting instead of the 100W bulbs so many hotels have these days. Little touches like the pull-out mirror in the bathroom were appreciated. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and our water was topped up every day. As Brits we were also glad to have a kettle and teabags! The staff are charming and very helpful - you feel very welcome and 'at home.' My husband rarely says he'd go back to a hotel again, but he really wants to come back here - that's a huge compliment coming from him! There are only two things I'd change: the sunloungers are too basic for the high quality of the hotel - all three of us experienced backache after a few days lying on them - and the pools need to be heated when the sun is lower in the sky!! I adore swimming but I just couldn't get into the pools as they were GLACIAL. The pool next to the gym was a couple of degrees warmer (or less freezing, I should say) but even then it was an uncomfortable experience. Thank you, Seno!

What a place! It gave us exactly what we needed, rest and relaxation. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and every staff member was friendly and kind and couldn't do enough for you. There are plenty of lovely places to relax in the sun or shade, the beach was great (sea was warmer than the pools). We would usually stay somewhere with a resort to walk into, but we didn't need it, we had everything there. And the cats, they were just the icing on the cake, being able to play with the kittens everyday and have a cat curl up on your lap at the bar or on your chest by the pool was the best!! I don't usually say this about hotels, as we like to go to different places, but this is one I wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

The best thing about Tui Blue Seno is the staff. Every single one of them would do anything for you and smile when doing. The rooms are comfortable although the set up for the toilet is less than private! The whole complex is spotlessly clean. The restaurants and food are excellent with the vast majority of it made as you wait. A beautiful sandy beach with great views. The entertainment was very good with a special mention to the group Wunderband, they rocked for 2 solid hours and were fantastic. For an All Inclusive hotel, it was disappointing that only local drinks were included and I was completely bewildered that the mini bar is filled with soft drinks upon arrival but isn't topped up at all after that!

I can honestly say this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Only about 35 minute drive from Dalaman Airport. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was gorgeous, very modern, laid out and immaculate. We had a room with a balcony and sea view, so quiet never heard any of the neighbours. The hotel is set on a hill, but there are shuttle buses running through until midnight, if you didn't want to walk. Huge selection of different foods in the restaurant, all of which was delicious. Service was brilliant, very attentive and friendly. There are plenty of pools to choose from, all of which had plenty of sun loungers. The private beach was lovely and sandy, and the sea was so clear. There was also a beach bar, and there were places to get lunch and afternoon snacks. The grounds were immaculate. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about it. We will be back!
