We spent a week at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. On arrival, the receptionist spoke very limited English, offered no greeting or smile, and gave us no information about the hotel or its facilities. We were simply checked in and told that someone would take us to our room. After following another unsmiling staff member, we crossed a courtyard that looked pleasant but had a strong, unpleasant smell coming from a nearby building (which appeared to have been converted from a shop into extra rooms and a bathroom). Our room was clean but very dated. The beds were extremely hard, there were no extra pillows, and only a thin sheet served as a blanket — though thankfully the weather was warm. The bathroom, while old-fashioned, was clean and functional, and the sea-view balcony was the highlight, offering beautiful views over Alanya. The pool area was another disappointment. The water was freezing cold, making it uncomfortable to swim even on warm days, and the small water slide was only operating once during our entire stay. There were a few sun loungers around the pool that were comfortable enough, but the area lacked atmosphere. The hotel did have a tunnel that led directly to the beach, which was a lovely feature. The beach itself was beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds available and stunning views of the sea. However, the hotel’s details mentioned a beach bar, which we never saw during our stay — it either wasn’t operating or didn’t exist. The hotel’s location was one of its few positives. Bus stops to Alanya were right outside, plenty of shops were nearby, and a great market ran every Thursday at the hotel entrance. However, we also faced issues with the wristbands — the security guard stopped us from re-entering the hotel because we hadn’t been given any at check-in. Reception quickly handed them to us afterward, but again, without any explanation of how the all-inclusive system worked. The food was poor. Nothing was labelled, which is concerning for anyone with allergies, and meals were repetitive — mostly rice, salad, soup, and an unidentifiable “mystery meat.” The cakes and coffee were decent, but overall, there was little variety for an all-inclusive resort. Drinks were limited to one beer (Efes), very harsh vodka and gin, and a sour-tasting wine. “Premium” options like cocktails were available at an extra charge. There were coffee and juice machines around the complex, which was convenient. Most staff seemed miserable, unhelpful, and uninterested in guests. The only real standout was Hule (apologies if misspelled), who was friendly, polite, and hardworking. He always smiled, remembered drink orders, and made guests feel welcome — a rare bright spot in an otherwise poor experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The location and the beach were its only real strengths, but the lack of customer service, poor food and drinks, and dated facilities made our stay disappointing.

Well what can I say the hotel could be a great hotel but the staff let's it down, cleaning of the rooms is hit and miss shower screen was not washed for 10 days out of 14 floors sweeped 5 times in 14 days, if you have any disability ie bad back sore legs or anything like this there is loads of steps in this hotel.out of about 25 staff only 3 maybe 4 speak to you say hello smile, pool is very good but life guard was very poor never around the pool always messing and joking with other staff and chatting up young girls, food bar is very poor food left uncovered for fly's to land on it staff scrapping waste into the bin and use the same knife to wipe it off on the top of the bin then use it for food without washing it,breakfast no milk for cup of tea no butter for bread and most of the food on offer is 99%for the other guest not English, staff pick up stray cats to smooth and don't wash hands bar staff smoking behind the bar coffee machines turned off at 23.00 and not turned back on till 10am so if you arrive after 23.00 you can not get a drink until 10am unless you pay in reception when it's ment to be all inclusive,if you get block A you will struggle to get any sleep because when the bar shuts the staff move everybody under cover out of site of the owner on the top floor so they can wash the floor which is under some bedrooms and people shouting laughing and and just getting more pissed because they stocked up on drinks before it closed like I said it could be a very good hotel just needs new staff that cares we spoke to the owner who speaks very good English and told him all what we have seen about staff and manager he could not thank us enough he had some idea but needed proof like he said he can not go home to his family in Istanbul because he can not trust the staff he has at the moment? Out of 14 days we had breakfast 2 times dinner once and tea 2 times the rest of the time we had food outside in restaurant so I can only tell you what we seen over the 2weeks we where there 10/9/25-24/09/25
