Thoroughly Disappointed – Would Not Return Unfortunately, our experience at this resort has been extremely disappointing, and I am struggling to find any positives about our holiday. We arrived with high expectations, but the overall experience has fallen well below what we would expect from a TUI holiday. Food and Drink The food is very standard, bland and offers very little choice. There are also periods throughout the day when there is nowhere to access food, drinks or snacks, which is particularly disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. The lobby bar has long queues every evening and clearly struggles to meet demand. The pool water is absolutely freezing, making it difficult to enjoy what should be one of the main attractions of the resort. Staff and Customer Service The attitude of some staff members has been disappointing, with certain employees coming across as rude, uninterested and unhelpful, particularly at the outside bar. Whenever I ask a question at reception, I am simply directed to the app. Unfortunately, the app is extremely frustrating to use and has not provided a practical solution to the issues we have encountered. Activities and Restaurants The same problem occurs every single day with activities. They are constantly showing as fully booked, making it virtually impossible to enjoy the facilities and experiences advertised as part of the holiday. It is equally difficult to secure a reservation at your preferred à la carte restaurant. What is the point of offering these facilities if guests cannot realistically access them? This has been a constant source of frustration throughout our stay. Rooms and Facilities The beds and mattresses are disappointing and do not provide the comfort expected. The lack of soundproofing is also unacceptable, as you can clearly hear the person in the adjoining room using the toilet. Prices and Onsite Shops The prices charged for basic items around the resort are excessive. For example, €8 for a tub of Pringles is simply ridiculous. The onsite shops are extremely expensive, leaving guests with little option but to pay inflated prices for everyday items. We also used the onsite hairdresser, where a simple men's tidy-up and shave cost €30. These prices feel completely disproportionate to the services provided and add to the overall feeling that guests are being overcharged. Evening Entertainment The evening entertainment is repetitive, with very little variety. Combined with the other issues, there is little to make the evenings particularly enjoyable. Overall Verdict Overall, this has been a thoroughly disappointing holiday. The bland food, poor customer service, freezing pool, excessive prices and, most frustratingly, the ongoing inability to book activities or secure restaurant reservations have significantly affected our experience. The resort may advertise a wide range of facilities, but being unable to access them day after day is unacceptable. An all-inclusive holiday should offer convenience, choice and relaxation, not constant frustration and additional expense. I genuinely struggle to identify any positives from our stay. I expected much more from a TUI holiday and feel thoroughly let down by both the resort experience and the lack of practical support when issues arise. Based on this experience, I would be very reluctant to book through TUI again.

The animation team was incredibly sweet, including the kids’ entertainers, dancers, and most of the Sport & Game team. Unfortunately, there were several things that negatively affected my overall experience and are worth mentioning in this review. The parties were nice, but the music was very poor on most nights. The main DJ was incredibly rude towards many peopke and always seemed to look absolutely miserable whenever you walked past him! The bar staff were very friendly overall, although many of them genuinely looked like they would rather be anywhere else than at work. While this is understandable, it should not be so obvious to the guests. Unfortunately, several staff members were also very rude in the way they spoke to people and were generally unpleasant to be around. The reception staff were kind and friendly. Although there was a small misunderstanding one day that left me a little confused, it was resolved quickly. The housekeeping team was also incredibly sweet, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. This was my first and, unfortunately, my last stay at TUI MAGIC LIFE. Which is a shame. I am honestly shocked by the way this resort is being run, and I strongly believe that major changes need to be made!

Leni — a wonderful angel and a real sunshine! ☀️ I stayed at TUI MAGIC LIFE Jacaranda in Side in October and had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with Leni. She is a lovely, friendly, and energetic girl who truly made my holiday more fun and memorable. We played cards together, laughed a lot, and she always made everyone feel welcome and included. Leni has such a positive attitude and a beautiful way of connecting with guests. She is professional, kind, and clearly loves what she does. Thank you, Leni, for all the great moments, games, and good energy — you are a real angel of this hotel! I would happily come back and hope to see you again. ❤️

From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Even during the winter season, we had a very full and enjoyable holiday. The food, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff made our stay truly special. We would especially like to thank the animation team, and in particular Mr. Mustafa, for their great effort and kindness.

We stayed here from 3 September to 14 September. On arrival I thought we were in the middle of nowhere, but I was wrong. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very big, we had a room with 2 double beds. This must be the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. There are staff constantly cleaning the floors. There is plenty of choice in food. There are several A La Carte restaurants. We tried the Turkish and the Down Town. The Turkish gave so much food we could not eat it all. In the Down Town I had burger and chips, the burger was huge. 10/10 The swimming pools are amazing and there are several of them. We had no problem getting a sun lounger. The young man in the roller skates was great bringing drinks to us around the pool. 10/10 The entertainment I found in the Amipitheatre was sometimes a little boring as it was repetitive, but they did try really hard. The hotel put on themed nights. The drinks were OK. My favourites were no stress and coconut feeling. I also had sparkling wine, normal wine and shandy. The coffee from the pool bar was lovely. Our room service lady Gulcan Tekin was so nice and friendly. She made a point of saying hello to you everytime you saw her. She did a lovely swan and fan with towels/ bed cover and petals on the bed. 10/10 The staff at this hotel are lovely they cannot do enough for you. 10/10 The Internet was not always great in the grounds but it is a big hotel. Outside of the hotel if you turn right cross the road and carry on walking for about 10 minutes and turn right by the Titanic sign there are loads of shops. We had drink in bar and we saw an eating place. There were probably many more that we did not see. My only negative would be for a 5* hotel there should be an iron and ironing board in the room. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I would like to return in the future.
