Anmira Hoi An Resort and Spa

A very welcoming establishment. A special mention goes to Ly, who was helpful from the very beginning; she was always available and attentive to us as guests, even suggesting many places for us to visit. Wonderful—thank you, Ly!

Good location & customer servuce

Had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Cuong Nguyen, the lifeguard at the pool, who was exceptional. He was so much fun, friendly, and made our time at the pool even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Lovely swimming pool and hotel in great location. Odd that there are no lifts (we were up 2 flights of stairs), which is not ideal with heavy suitcases or mobility issues. Staff are willing to help with cases but not good for them either. As soon as you leave your room the air-conditioning cuts out. So every time you return to a hot, stuffy room. Others hotels give out an extra room card so this can be avoided. This doesn't appear to be hotel policy at Anmira.
