Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon

We stayed here for the final leg of our trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to finish our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely decor, and everywhere was absolutely spotless. Check-in was smooth and our room was spacious and comfortable with lots of storage space. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the airport and around 30 minutes by Grab into the city centre. We also tried the café, which was tucked away like a little hidden gem. The lovely ladies there gave us such a warm and friendly welcome. We visited the hotel bar twice, as we arrived back late from trips on both evenings. It was a lovely place to relax and unwind, with attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The coffee shop - Cay Da has 2 amazing staff - Quan & Linh...they went above and beyond to make our experience even better. Very friendly and accommodating.... Made us very welcome..Good coffee and foot

hygiene and comfortable. I already had a great feeling and good condition when I experienced in this hotel.

The staff at Eastin Grand Hotel were truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. Over the past 10 years, I have stayed at many hotels across Ho Chi Minh City, but from now on, Eastin Grand will be the only hotel I choose. In today’s world, genuine warmth and the human touch can sometimes feel rare. Eastin Grand is different—the staff don’t just provide excellent service; they make you feel completely at home. That is what makes this hotel so special.

I have visited Cay Da cafe with my friends recently. We really loved the atmosphere there. If you are looking for an outdoor cafe, I would recommend this. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. Especially Tuyen, she made us feel welcomed and recommended drinks and cookies which meet our preferences. We would definitely come back when we visit Vietnam next time.
