My stay in this hotel was fabulous, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, especially Thanh Nguyen, he booked me a wonderful tour and was giving me tips during my stay, Thank you Thanh!

This hotel was in a great location for the site seeing and tour bus stop location across the road. Great buffet selection breakfast with a variery of Vietnamese & western, we didn’t eat in for dinner as there were many dining out food places around town, as we love the Vietnamese cuisine. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, we had a river view room and construction taking place for a foot bridge to the other side of the river, couldn’t hear any noise when works taking place at night. Staff were so ever helpful, from the moment we stepped out the taxi we were greeted by one of the concierge who was Thanh who took our luggage from the taxi to reception, we went to check in and Than was at his desk. Everytime we seen him he always greeted us warmly. Certainly next time we are back in Vietnam, we will book here again. The roof top bar was brilliant for sunset drinks and happy hour, everytime we went up the crew knew us and knew what we drank and without hesitation, Pham the bar captain, Thanh & Phat, the service at this hotel was awesome. ❤️🇻🇳 Thank you for your hospitality, our 5 night stay was brilliant 💚

1st time family trip in Saigon. Everything is good in hotel. I need to appreciate a staff who are name - Thanh, he was very friendly and helpful person. He patiently explained & introduce a lot of tourist spot to me, due to this trip was my first time visiting Saigon. I like the way he treated customers as his friends.
