Nikko Saigon

Above and beyond — thank you, Tony and Jayden! This morning, after arriving at the international airport in Ho Chi Minh City, I realised—horror of horrors—that I had left my laptop bag at Hotel Nikko! I called the hotel, and the team quickly located my bag. Tony, the concierge, arranged for a taxi and his colleague Jayden to bring it straight to me at the airport. They stayed in contact throughout, and within just 40 minutes, Jayden personally handed me my bag. What a relief! Tony and Jayden turned a moment of sheer panic into an experience I will remember for all the right reasons. Their kindness, efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond were exceptional. An absolutely amazing team. Thank you both—you saved my day!

I would like to give my high rating to the Chinese restaurant during my visit, the food was amazing and service level was excellent. Compliments to restaurant manager Mei for her hospitality and attitude, attending to my needs promptly and providing great advice.

The staff, particularly Kevin and his team Joe, Andy, Selena, and Dean were incredibly accommodating and polite. The rooms were spotless and of great quality, and it was a safe and clean place to stay. Everyone was really kind and took special care of you, and the facilities were first-rate.

Hotel Nikko was amazing in every way. The location, buffet and staff was top notched. Especially Tony at concierge. He helped me with a few last minute requests and it made my visit in Saigon very memorable. Next time I’m back in Saigon, this is the place I’ll stay!

All perfect, the staff really takes care of you
