Nikko Saigon

I had a wonderful experience with the hotel staff during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was welcoming and efficient, particularly Kevin and his reception team (Nhi, Anh, Vy, Nhu, Sophie, Laurent, Thanh, Peter, and Ryan), were incredibly accommodating and courteous; his dedication to offering top-notch customer service is remarkable. Delicious food and outstanding service. The rooms were spotless and of great quality, and it was a safe and clean place to stay. Everyone was really kind and took special care of you, and the facilities were first-rate.

We stayed at the Hotel Nikko Saigon. The hotel's position makes it easy to get to every part of the city. There is a great variety of international cuisine to try during breakfast, and the food is of high quality! I have to praise Mr. Kevin for his exceptional skills, along with his teammates Sabrina, Harvey, Selena, Jin, Dean, Andy, Lee, Joe, and manager Steven. To make sure everything went as well as possible and to get our demands solved as quickly as possible, your team was really helpful and went above and beyond.

Mr. Kevin, the receptionist at the check-in desk, was kind and solved the situation quickly. The check-in procedure only takes a few minutes, and the room is set up to suit our preferences. Additionally, it made a positive influence on Nikko Saigon.

I had a wonderful stay at **Hotel Nikko Saigon**, especially for my first visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to **Raymond**, who went above and beyond on multiple occasions throughout my stay. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. He also recommended several local restaurant spots that I probably wouldn’t have discovered on my own, and they were absolutely delicious! Those recommendations gave me a chance to experience more of the local food scene and ended up being some of the highlights of my trip. Raymond’s hospitality really amplified my first experience in HCMC and left a lasting impression. Excellent service all around, and I would happily stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well-maintained, and my room was roomy and cozy. I got the best customer experience thanks to the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. During my stay, Kevin was the one who assisted me. His service truly impressed me, and I was grateful for it. I hope the best for him.
